The remodelled room appeared nice and the bed was comfortable. However the wood floors were very sticky and dirty with white socks or bare feet. We had booked a 3 night stay and it was freeway accessible. Sadly the construction during the night on the adjacent property was loud 2 out of the 3 nights. Our first morning we received fresh towels however nothing was cleaned nor was the bed made. The floors were terribly sticky and gross to feel. The second day no one ever came to replenish our dirty wet towels or service our room at all. When we got home that night I had to call the front desk and asked them about 9:30 pm to bring us fresh towels. Apparently the gal knocked on the wrong door so I had to call again an hour later and confirm our room number and we finally got clean towels. The elevator and walkways were dirty and in need of refurbishing. The free breakfast was an adequate selection and the eating area kept clean.

It was okay. Room was clean & bed was fine for one night. There is a small pool right in the center of the parking lot separated only by a a fence with no visual privacy. not very peaceful. had no interest checking it out. The undisclosed $100 deposit that they hold for 5-10 business days (which you don’t find out til you leave) was unusual, unexpected, and inconvenient. The room should be inspected the same day and prepared for the next guest, and deposits should be refunded immediately upon confirmation of no damage or mess in this space. Wouldn’t go back

The noise was coming from people talking loudly in front of elevator. The room was beautiful from top to bottom. So stylish and clean lines of decor.

We liked our room. Water was hot in room, hot tub could have been hotter. Not too far from beach. We would have liked waffles at breakfast.
