For what they charge, one should expect much much better. An antipathetic staff, unhelpful in every way. I know what true customer service and luxury is. And The Pendry is NOT it, despite the slick commercials and glossy adverts, they DO NOT DELIVER THE GOODS.

Short stay for us, but will be back! The room was very comfortable, I must buy the pillows! Bath products were top notch, shower was great. Gym looked amazing but we didn’t get a chance to try it. Bar was good, good service. Breakfast was delicious, fast friendly service.

Very annoyed that there was a $50 a day 'amenity' charge even if you didn't use anything. This should be added to the room price and be costed into the stay. A shocking extra that I didn't expect
