The service was good, but the room didn't match the pictures online.

The room was decent and clean, though a bit small. The bathroom was very basic, and the soundproofing wasn't great. I was also annoyed that they asked for a 100 RMB deposit at the front desk. I checked out at night and had to wait half an hour to get my deposit back.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though I booked a non-smoking room. The floor wasn't clean, there was no kettle, and there were a lot of ants on the floor outside the door frame.

The room smelled awful! It stank! Lots of Mexicans renting long-term! I arrived at the hotel in the early morning and it took an hour to check in! But the receptionist, hearing I was hungry, gave me his instant noodles for free! Not recommended for first-time visitors to the US!

The biggest complaint is that the network is too slow. Emails can't be sent for a long time. The location is OK, the front desk service is OK, the parking lot is huge and you don't have to worry about parking. The facilities are average.

It is convenient to eat around, there are many supermarkets and they are close, it is super convenient to buy things, there is a pizza restaurant 2 minutes walk away, I personally think it is very delicious. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the service attitude is good.

The room has 2 large beds. The room is large and well-equipped, suitable for a family of three or four. The staff are warm and friendly.

For this price in Los Angeles, it's really reasonable. The exterior is quite old, but the interior is very nice.

I stayed for 5 days, but they only came to clean the house one day. Complaining to the front desk was useless; afterwards, I had to bring my own towels and garbage bags every day.
