The hotel was remodeled recently and it looks nice. However my only concern is the location. It is next to the homeless area. Also they charge me for other fees that I was not expecting.

我説句公道話，真對得起這個價，我一個人出來玩，在三藩市待了四天三晚，這裏絕對性價比高。服務環境設施啥的都是三星級標準，唯一不好的就是洗衣服務也太貴了😅洗了三件短袖一條短褲話我三十多刀，可能是國外的原因一些空調啊熱水啊換氣扇的一開始都搞不懂，自己多擰一下調一下就好了…我住的是單人間，忘拍照了hhhhh

入住第一晚發現樓下都是流浪漢，一晚都有人在喝酒喧鬧，根本無法入睡。投訴攜程後，雖然更換了房間，卻換到更小房間，直接面對電梯，再次失眠. 在攜程住過最差的酒店！房間很小，街區不安全

地理位置在城區，但是離救助站附近，一堆流浪漢。離鬧市很近，但是出門有點兒嚇人。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，男生眼光哈
服務：服務我覺得還行，前台挺熱情的，就是不能用現金，信用卡和Apple pay都可以。
設施：有每層的冰水機，已經很方便了，想要熱水要麼自己帶電水壺要麼去二樓想辦法。
