Housed in an iconic San Francisco Painted Lady meticulously restored with 49 colors.
Beautiful, relaxing space. Private entrance from the street to your vacation studio (no stairs to climb). Beautiful gardens line the sidewalk leading to the studio entrance.
Turn on the free-standing gas fireplace and enjoy the warmth of the flames.
Queen bed with 10" memory foam mattress. Two wall mounted reading lights so you can lounge in bed with your book or magazine.
Fully equipped kitchenette complete with refrigerator and ice maker, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, microwave oven, toaster oven (no stove) and quiet Bosch dishwasher. Plates, utensils, cutlery, glasses...everything you need to make you feel at home.
Enjoy HBO and much more on the wall mounted 40" Sony TV with enhanced sound from a sound bar and sub-woofer. Stream music from your Bluetooth device through the sound bar.
Free 400 Mbps WiFi internet access.
Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided for your convenience.

The studio is one block from the famous intersection of Haight and Ashbury.
As you probably know, the Haight Ashbury district is famous for the Summer of Love and the Hippies. Haight Street is known for its shopping and people watching.
Even though Haight Street can be bustling with tourists, this energy disappears by the time you get to our Painted Lady.
The 1,000 acre Golden Gate Park with its amazing natural beauty and its fabulous museums is just 4 blocks away.
The Pacific ocean is about a 20 minute bike ride from our Painted Lady.
Great walkability. Close to Cole Valley and the dynamic Divisadero corridor with its great restaurants and bars.
The studio is 2 blocks from a bus stop that serves 3 different bus lines providing access to the entire city of San Francisco.
Taxis and Lyft/Uber are minutes away from picking you up.
Street parking is available and can sometimes be challenging, particularly in the evening and on weekends. If you are not planning on leaving San Francisco a rental car is not a necessity and can be more of a nuisance.

This is a relatively quiet neighborhood, however as this is a ground floor apartment, there may be street noise at times.
There is 1 Queen bed so this space will only accommodate 1 or 2 people.

Very homey & comfortable studio in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Notified the renter of issues on our check out- wasn't anything that hindered our stay (lightbulb out, coffee maker needed cleaning). We were a little warm, the fan provided is not very big, but it was unusually warm that weekend! Heads up- the house across the street is sought after- it was the 'That's so Raven' house. So there were a lot of people coming to take pictures. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely would stay here again!

This was a perfect location and easy to access transportation. It was immaculate and well stocked with all the potential items to make your visit easy. It even had a white noise machine for those not used to the normal city noise. Their notebooks with information about the area and the history were a great touch. Great communication! We would definitely stay there again when we visit our daughter.

Great location one block from Haight-Ashbury and all the restaurants/bars there. Good public transit options nearby also, or you can do like we did and walk all over the city from here. Castro, Golden Gate Bridge, Painted Ladies, Downtown are all walkable from here (some are ~1 hr walk). The studio itself is super nice and has lots of modern touches, super clean and tastefully set up. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location by the park
Apartment was just as described. Excellent and timely checklindetails. We never used the kitchen but it was clean and looked well-equipped. The gas fire place was wonderful
