Room was recently renovated so everything inside looks great and spacious. Beds were really tall but are a little too soft. Overall great experience staying here. they provide an escalator (although a tad old)

An excellently located property in downtown, next to bay area . Just 2.5 miles feom the golden gate. Nice friendly warm people at the hotel

The front desk guy told me he will give the most convenient and spacious room but it was the worst one and he was asking to give them a good review, I would if the room was nice and clean

Room is clean and spacious; bed is soft and comfortable; location is safe and close to Fisherman's Wharf and
Golden Gate Bridge.
Minus 2 points: the walls are too thin - traffic, foot stomping, knocking on walls may interrupt your sleep.
