Holiday Inn Express & Suites SAN FRANCISCO FISHERMANS WHARF by IHG

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It's just a few minutes' walk from Fisherman's Wharf. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the front desk service was good. The complimentary breakfast was decent. There's a 7-Eleven and a Trader Joe's within walking distance too.

Let's start with the location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the Golden Gate Bridge, the Palace of Fine Arts, Chinatown, and more. There are also fewer homeless people around. Plus, a **7-Eleven** is nearby, within walking distance, and so is an In-N-Out Burger. Now, about the hotel: Downstairs, there's a 24-hour self-service hot water and coffee station, which is incredibly convenient. You can also eat takeout food in the lobby. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's quite comprehensive.

The location is super convenient, and the facilities are pretty good too. The 24-hour free coffee and hot water in the lobby bar is a major plus. Breakfast fills you up and is reasonably clean. However, the chubby white receptionist was quite unhelpful. If they replaced her, the hotel would easily be a notch better.

Room: The facilities were quite basic, but it was very clean. Location: It's close to Fisherman's Wharf, which made exploring the surrounding area really convenient. Lombard Street is also just a 10-15 minute walk away. Breakfast: While the variety wasn't extensive, it was decent and certainly enough to fill you up.

Great location, and while the room was just okay, it offered really good value for money.
