The hotel owner is very dedicated. The front desk staff, especially Lawrence (who speaks some Mandarin), was incredibly welcoming. After introducing the hotel, he enthusiastically recommended local attractions and great places to eat, which was a very thoughtful touch. The Fog Harbor Fish House at Pier 39 that he recommended was excellent, and the hotel even provides a discount card for 15% off. The hotel offers 24-hour coffee and hot water, and you can borrow a kettle. The lobby has thoughtful amenities like a microwave and luggage scales. Breakfast was decent. Among hotels in the same price range in the US, this one really stands out. It's definitely worth booking again!

Excellent value for money. The hotel breakfast was decent. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, and very convenient for taking public transport to other attractions.

The hotel's location is excellent; bus #28 right outside goes directly to the Golden Gate Bridge, and it's very convenient for dining at Fisherman's Wharf. However, the hotel service is extremely poor, almost as if they're intentionally unhelpful to guests. The rooms are like island prisons – rectangular, with virtually no natural light, dark, cold, and gloomy. The breakfast area is dirty and messy, feeling like a homeless encampment. This place is simply not suitable to be a hotel; I don't understand how it gets good ratings on Ctrip.

The hotel's location is pretty good, right by Fisherman's Wharf. There are plenty of paid parking lots nearby, and a bus stop too, making it convenient to get anywhere. I even rented a car from the Hertz next door. Breakfast was decent, a standard American breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff cleaned the room daily and replenished supplies well. The outdoor bar was also available in the evening, and the breakfast selection was rich and very good. The hotel reception also reminded us to watch the parade, which the children loved.

Great location! It's a 5-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and a 3-minute walk to the car rental company. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and public transport nearby. Big thumbs up for the complimentary Western breakfast and the 24-hour self-service coffee and hot chocolate. Rooms were cleaned daily, but even after leaving a $4 tip, the towels weren't replaced.

This hotel is a 4-minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf, absolutely perfect for catching sunrises and sunsets, and seeing sea lions! Plus, the hotel breakfast is great, highly recommended. I'd definitely come back! It's also very close to Pier 33.
