Hotel Fusion

I think the location was not bad at all, quite close to the Tenderloin but still not that dangerous. Amenities were nice had a makeup remover. Room was nice perfect for one person. Staff greeted nicely every day and even told me and walked me to how to go to the destination i wanted. The room was cleaned every other day nicely. Security was good with staff 24 hour, and must use key card with elevator. Has a big fitness. Does not have complimentary water except refilling in the fitness room.

This hotel did not have fresh air and has a strong smell. The windows were sealed,  the air condition and the fan in the bathroom were very loud. The air condition directly blew on my head. However, turning off the air would be too hot. We stayed for 4 nights, a very hard experience. I requested an early check out but the front desk said because I reserved non refundable, there would be no refund if I check out early. Actually, I should have left the hotel without getting the refund. We would have enjoyed our stay in SF much more. The front desk people were pretty nice and helpful. However, they were not able to change the air in the hotel. I wonder the air quality in Hotel Fusion was not up to the standard. Health department should know the situation. 

The location was nearby shopping mall, stations and different varieties of food around the area. The service was great very accommodating. Good hotel for the price just no free slippers nor toothbrushes.

Great location, very near to the Powell Street and railcars. Fantastic transit connectivity. Great food options around.

Our stay at Hotel Fusion was amazing. A huge shoutout to Daniel for being so professional and warm! He provided excellent introductions to San Francisco’s top spots and greeted us with genuine care every single day. It’s rare to see someone with such passion for hospitality. “The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to walk around and explore the area. It’s a good option for solo travelers—I found the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with noise in my room, but after I requested a change, they were quick to assist and even let me choose from a few other rooms. Just a heads-up: the bathroom amenities are basic, so make sure to bring your own toothbrush. Also, the walls between rooms aren’t very soundproof, so you might hear noise from neighbors.

Surprised with the rude and impolite behavior of the front desk executive - Ms Jane/ Jan while checking in the second time. The other front desk executives were quite respectful, helpful, polite and courteous. This one experience spoiled my day as well as my stay. Surprised me! For this one experience i am not sure if I would like to stay again with this hotel.
