Hi , Fantastic and friendly receptionist.Free coffee and hot cocoa every morning at the hotel lobby.Free flavoured water too at the hotel lobby.There is washer and dryer at odd level floor.One bedroom have microwave , coffee maker , blender and fridge.Housekeeping is friendly too. I have a pleasant stay at this hotel.Keep up the good work ! Five star

Someone stole my watch. Concierge tried to sell me a time share and when I declined short, bald man was really rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place and anyone that “owns” a suite here AT ALL COSTS.

It was fine. The sofa bed initially had soiled linens, new ones were delivered. Comfortable, if a bit shabby. Cleanish……

This hotel was fantastic! Rooms are SPACIOUS! And there is a delicious diner a block away and great sushi next door. If you want space, this is it. You will never feel cramped during your stay. Will stay again. No need to go anywhere else in SF.
