Great location, and the people were really friendly and welcoming. Great secure parking and I felt safe leaving the car there. Only downside is the aircon in the room. There is a fan and a cooler - but it doesn’t really cool the room. Other than that, I can’t complain about anything. I would definitely be back.

The hotel is in a good location and the room is big. Hotels with free parking at Fisherman's Wharf are pretty good

Location was great, right by peir 39, hop on bus, walk the whaf easily, very clean and locked parking lot BUT there was zero sound proofing. We had an once view street room and between the dumpers cleaning place (runs from 1-4 am loud banging) and 7-11 traffic we got very little sleep.
During the day I could hear the people in the next room beside us, little girls likes purple for coloring.
Will be requesting a room at the back of the hotel next time

This is an old hotel, but they have done some upgrading. The rooms are nice, the workers are great. It is also conveniently placed in the Wharf.

Wow! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me so well. The property feels safe and inviting. The location is also amazing since attractions are within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again and totally recommend.

I’ve stayed here before - enjoy the closeness to fisherman’s wharf & easy access from freeways. A big plus is the gated/enclosed parking area.

Location can not be beat. The hotel is around the corner from Pier 39 (maybe a 2 minute walk, if that) & across the street from the Big Bus tour. Free parking was also a BIG plus too. It is secure & gated. They also offer early/late parking before/after your stay ($15). It is not guaranteed but it helped us check out a few more things in the area without being worried about our luggage & a public lot. Hotel is clean. The hotel outside looks older but inside the room was fine. The beds & pillows probably could be comfier but all the other pluses made up for it. I would stay again.
