Tilden Hotel

The location was good however that's the only thing to recommend this hotel. The website is absolutely photoshopped. The room was dirty with a layer of dust on all surfaces. It has a window AC with plantation shutters so you can either choose between AC or privacy basically. Found hair in one of the beds. The ceiling fan for my room had a remote that apparently also controlled the ceiling fan and light in my neighbors room. We had daily light fights because we were not on the same schedule. I turned the light on at 6 am when they were sleeping and they would then turn it on the next night at 1 am when they got back to their room and I was sleeping. The restaurant was closed and the front desk told me it "might be open later in the week if it passes health inspection". It never opened while I was there. Honestly, this might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and that included a place in Florida where the tv caught fire. I think I preferred that one because at least the beds were clean. Dreamforce pricing was absurd at $799 a night in this absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

Cozy hotel in SFO, walking distance to Union Square and other places to see in SFO. There is a BigBus stop 2 minutes away. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, valet parking was also great. Rooms were cozy, with mini ref and coffee, bathtub was a pleasant surprise. There is only one small elevator though and that is the only small downside.

Front desk was nice, rooms were clean for the most part, AC unit did it’s job, beds were pretty comfortable for the one night we were there, decent location for food and drinks, would recommend for one or two night trips for the price

Neat old hotel, right downtown near Union Square. Clean but very small rooms, lots of street noise and homeless.

The property was still under construction. Nothing was open yet like it looks on the pictures. The rooms were okay but did have a weird smell. The disappointment comes from all the homeless there is around that area.

Stayed at hotel during remodeling. So there was a dumpster out front and the bar and coffee area where out of service. The internet was out so the TV wasnt working. However the room and atmosphere where great. I will return when all.amenities are open.
