Great location in a safe area, with everything within walking distance. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made our stay even better. No complaints at all – we truly enjoyed our time in SF!

A charming heritage hotel, helpful staffs, clean and spacious rooms. A plus is their playing classical music at the lobby. I got a very good deal as well!

Great location. Comfortable room. The only downside is that there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom.

The room is too small, and the price is outrageous for the facilities. There's not even enough space to open a medium-sized suitcase. Parking is $60 per day, but it's recharged every time you move.

At that time, I was so sad because I was sick and coughed all the time, I couldn’t speak properly, and I had to repack my luggage, so I didn’t report to the counter to change rooms... I hope that next time I go, I won’t be assigned a room next to the elevator. In addition, the functions near the hotel are very good, whether it is a supermarket, taking a bus or shopping, it is really convenient, basically you can walk there, and you can’t take the bus.
