The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed, the period furnishngs matched the vibe of the venue. It is located at the top of the hill on Powell Street, with easy direct walking access to visit absolutely every site in San Francisco. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, our apartment was on the 2nd floor (no lift) at the front of the building. The trolley bus runs across the front of the apartment 0700 - 2200 and you could hear it quite clearly. We had the best time here and would recommend it (if you are able to walk the hills!)

Recommended for stay for RCI Customers ,transport connections good cable car on door step. Nice decor and quiet place was given a 3rd floor no lifts drawback for elderly and kids

The location and spaciousness of our room were fantastic. The unit was clean and, updated, and well-appointed. However it appeared one corner of the small foyer was being used as someone's storage facility as there were stacks of what appeared to be personal items. This did not give a great first impression.

Upon check in Helen was very helpful and staff also always very accommodating. Location is juxtaposed to access the highlights of the city.

Really enjoyed staying here. Powell Place is a historic property with a lot of charm and is located right on Cable Car route. Enjoyed our stay here. We were able to visit San Francisco and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and Room was comfortable and very clean. Would definately stay here again.

We booked this through air bnb and was extremely happy with it. Good size rooms, which are very clean and comfortable. Read the local information book left in the room, its very detailed and helpful. The location is perfect and even better if you have a cable car pass as it drops off outside the front door.

This resort on Nob Hill is right on the cable car route providing easy access to transportation. Several restaurants within walking distance downhill, but a challenging climb back if you're out of shape. The historic architecture in the lobby, staircase and our room was beautiful. Our room was nicely appointed with everything one needs and an abundance of storage space. The live rose in a bud vase, along with 2 yummy chocolates was a nice touch.

Adequate without being luxurious, Powell Place is perfectly placed to stay and explore San Francisco. . Accommodation had bathroom, bedroom living room and dining/kitchen area. Plenty of room and all necessary amenities. You will not be spending much time in your room with all there is to do and see in San Francisco. Powell Place offers the ideal location to do so.
