I've always been a loyal Four Seasons fan, but this hotel was incredibly disappointing. ☹️ There was no lobby. The elevator kept shaking. I was on the 39th floor; just thinking about the elevator makes me shudder. The hotel's decor was extremely rough. The cleanliness was also terrible. A truly awful experience.

The location is very good, very safe and convenient. When I checked in, I gave my child a 🦭 doll. My child loves it very much and takes it with him every day. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproof. I was awakened by the knocking and talking next door for two consecutive mornings.
