The location is good as close to the conference venue. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast included $ 30 credit only but the breakfast in the rooftop restaurant are good. Just when you check out you need to double check did they count the credit and did they wrongly charge the original price of the breakfast. The staff are helpful but just feel disappointed I need to work extra to email the hotel to get back the refund.

This is a very outrageous hotel. First of all, downtown San Francisco is really too dangerous now, with homeless people and *********** everywhere. Hilton is only a quasi-five-star hotel, and the price of $400 a night is quite expensive. Then let's talk about the service. First of all, the room I bought on Ctrip comes with breakfast, but when I checked in, I asked and was told that it doesn't come with breakfast. I gave various feedback and communicated, and finally asked me to see the manager the next day. And this breakfast is not a buffet, but just a $30 credit per person in the rooftop restaurant. After deducting taxes and tips, you can actually only eat food worth $20, and you can't be full even if you only eat bread and potatoes. Then what's even more outrageous is that two days after I left the hotel, they inexplicably deducted the daily breakfast fee from my deposit. Now, after a month, this hotel still owes me nearly $240! ! And it also wasted a lot of my time communicating.

Although the room type I booked was sold out for various reasons, it was nice to be able to convert it to two standard rooms for free. The room was well-equipped and clean.
