Reviews of Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco

The room wasn't big, and it wasn't cleaned daily, perhaps because prices in San Francisco are so high. We booked a breakfast for three, but only received two vouchers each day (and still had to pay extra for tips and tax). Later, Trip.com stepped in and offered compensation, which is why I always book my flights and hotels with them – it gives me a great sense of security. Our floor wasn't directly accessible; we had to change elevators, which was inconvenient. The only good thing about this hotel is its excellent downtown location. Don't set your expectations too high for anything else; it's fine for a casual stay. If you're looking for hotel standards in San Francisco comparable to what you'd find in mainland China, I'd suggest looking at major brand hotels priced over $2,500.

The hotel has nice foyer, fun game area and the housekeeping was great. However, the room has some musky smell might be from the carpet. The location of the hotel is excellent and the receptionists and staff are all friendly.

This hotel is decent, but be aware that the pre-payment and the payment at the property add up to the total price.

The room was okay – quiet with good air conditioning, but just too small. The location is excellent, right by Union Square, making it super convenient to get around. There are lots of car rental places nearby, and the cable car stop is also very close. It's pet-friendly, and the carpeted hallways mean you don't hear any outside noise.

The hotel is a bit old. The headboard in the room they initially gave me was broken.

Had a lovely stay at hotel zepellin. Room was just the right size for a solo traveller although for couples to take note if you have multiple large luggages. Appreciated the location, close to union square and many transport options. There is also a common area to sit around which is nice before checkin & after checkout if you need to buy time. And appreciated having a voucher for 15 dollars off for breakfast at the attached cafe!

Fisherman's Wharf is about a 30-minute bus ride away. It's a safe area. The coffee service that starts at 7am ran out early, and the coffee pot wasn't refilled until at least 8am. For breakfast, I was given a voucher for up to $15 for the cafe on the first floor. I ordered a breakfast burrito, which cost exactly $15. The sales tax was on top of the $15 bill, so I paid with my credit card (about $2).
