When I first walked in, it smelled bad, and the next morning I was surprised to find ants swarming on the french fries I left on the table and the bagels in the plastic bags. Never take food into your room.

Rooms were clean/ px was amazing and free parking. However each room we stood in had a bit of an issue. 1sr room we woke to find water on floor with no clear reason for water being on floor. Staff was kind and moved us to a 2nd room. However when we got back that 2nd night found TV did not work. We were too tired to even deal with. But did report on departure.

The room was very clean and fresh, the staff made us feel very welcome, I was here due to a medical emergency with my husband, and they were so kind and accommodating, they made a horrible situation much more bearable, wonderful people excellent place, highly recommend

My stay at Luna Hotel was fine, but nothing special. The room was clean enough, but the overall quality didn’t match the high price. For what I paid, I expected better comfort and amenities. It wasn’t terrible, just not great — there are probably better options nearby for the same cost.

Meh... Honestly, the only nice things about this place are the location being in a nicer, safer area, and the free parking. Key maker hasn't working the entire stay so every time we came back to our room, we had to get someone at the front desk to unlock our door for us. You can tell it's cheap, and its what you'd expect for the price of it. Bed was big but insanely uncomfy. You could tell paint was chipped everywhere, pretty shabby. You get what you pay for I guess.

Don’t stay at this place The street noise was brutal. Kept me up all night. Lombard street just flows all the time with Golden Gate Bridge traffic. Just awful. Would never stay there again as a result.
