酒店處於金融區，治安都還不錯，設施設備及早餐都足夠。
酒店的服務都很到位，從前廳，迎賓行李員，客房，餐廳都很熱情周到，也很關注細節，讓你有賓至如歸的感覺，服務比邊上的皇家太平洋好很多。
特別感謝前台會説中文的曾先生，讓我們有賓至如歸家的温暖。

我們夫婦上次入住24年2月8-12日，去洛杉磯旅遊後返回，第二次入住是24年2月16-19日。
遇到同樣的問題，在預付了房費的情況下，check in的時候仍然收取了199元美金按金，收到信用卡提示短訊後，詢問酒店，回覆是系統搞錯啦，應該收100。
第二次入住仍然要求付款每晚30美金的destination fee，再次交涉後酒店予以免除。
因為兩次入住的錯誤按金收取遭遇，找到了前台經理反映情況，前台經理給予59美元的獎金補償，可是回上海已經一個月了，還未收到，攜程交涉後説説再次入住才給予獎勵。
回國後接到信用卡的通知，我的信用卡交易異常，立即停止了使用，換取了新卡。
兩次經歷，多次壞體驗，勸大家入住該酒店時千萬小心刷卡，另外每晚30美金destination fee是冤大頭，被被外國人給斬了

這個酒店我定了帶4人份的早餐。但是最後信用卡還是被扣了四個人早餐費。總共差不多900人民幣。之後打電話給酒店投訴，被轉給財務部，打了6次都沒有人接電話。感覺真是很糟糕。不建議大家去這家酒店。

酒店整體不錯，大小適中，位置方便，整潔，客服有禮貌，但是check in後送的passport裏面有很多送贈的東西 客服都沒有介紹提醒，要不是自己看了酒店的passport 就錯過兑換纜車票和送的水瓶了。但是整體還是很滿意

It was great as always, the valet upon arrival was somewhat difficult and the man in the valet front did not seem too interested in helping us, maybe he was overwhelmed? The police had to come ask us to move because we were blocking the way. There was a lot of cars waiting to be parked and we were not told where to go. They just said park anywhere and we will get to it. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.
