Staypineapple, An Elegant Hotel, Union Square

Yesha was AMAZING! My family and I were craving a particular cuisine and she went out of her way to not only make sure we got what we wanted but that we enjoyed it! This type of hospitality is so rare these days. This is my second time staying there and each time the service has been superb! Highly recommend this place for the aesthetic, service, and location!

We just stayed for a quick overnight. It is safe, very clean, charming and the staff member that greeted us was a delight!

The room was nice & elegant with some amenities - An "Amenities" $40/per day charge was inexcusable. It was explained third party hides in advertisements the true rate of hotel stay which is fraudulent. No parking - guests must pay for a tiny matchbox size parking lot next door which is "closed" much of the day. I must protest & strongly feel a portion of my expenditures should be refunded.

Nice stay, friendly staff and conveniently located with nearby Asian restaurants around. Keep in mind it is 5-10 minutes near the Tenderloin a rough neighborhood with homeless people but there are a lot of good restaurants around there. The parking is right next to the hotel for $50 overnight valet so not bad. The price is fair compare to many other hotels. I'd stay here again.

Good location. Friendly staff Limited bar or food. Whole hotel smelt like mild/musty. Stairwells unclean. Rooms small amenity or resort fee a reall simple rip off.

I did not appreciate that I was not told ahead of time that I was going to be moved. I am not sure why ******* was not also contacted. I get to the hotel extremely tired from a long day - flying and working. According to the front desk, she mentioned there had been some flooding and just started walking me over to the hotel next door. The hotel room at Adagio was dirty with a portal air condition in the middle of room. If I wanted to stay at a hotel under those conditions I could have stayed at a $100 hotel and properly would have been better. I would like for ******* to let me know why this happened and why I was not given the opportunity to decide where I would be staying instead of Staypineapple deciding where I would stay. I did pay the extra $10 for some type of insurance just in case I would cancel but in this case it was the other way around the Hotel cancelled on my but I didn't even get an apology. I am more than sure that Staypineapple would have charged me if I didn't show up or cancelled at the last minute. I would like a response on this. It's been over a week and I am still really upset of what happened on 10/24.

Wow. This was our first Staypineapple experience but we can’t wait to find another. Such a beautiful lobby, lovely appointed rooms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms and the added details my 9yo and I loved!! Robes and movie snacks?! Yes please!!! Such a great experience in San Fran.

The room were very clean. The sheets and robes were amazing. However the AC broke my second night there. They only have maintenance available for a limited time during the day. They brought a fan to my room but it was loud. They were unable to fix it the next day so I had to move rooms. They upgraded me to a nicer room the next night but then the internet went out and remained out until I left the next day. Overall I was quite disappointed
