Super 8 by Wyndham San Francisco/Union Square Area

During check-in, I was assaulted by the hotel's basement staff. The hotel lied and said there was no basement, even though there was an elevator that went to the basement. The promised refund for the cancellation was also reversed. A very bad experience!

The bed in the room was comfortable, but the room layout was illogical. You had to go through the living room first, then the bathroom, and only then into the bedroom. Privacy was poor.

The layout of a small suite is very strange at first. The bathroom is sandwiched between the small living room and the bedroom. Later, I told the front desk and they changed it to a normal apartment. Breakfast includes coffee, apple juice, orange juice, yogurt, bread, bagels, etc. No eggs, ham or the like. Overall pretty good.

The room was clean and tidy
