San Francisco truly reflects the adage 'you get what you pay for.' For a few hundred dollars less, the hotel room was less than a third of the size of a decent one. I couldn't stand it after two nights and had to switch hotels. The surrounding streets downstairs weren't great either. The room was so cramped it was hard to even turn around, and the soundproofing was mediocre. The bathtub wouldn't even fill with water, so I didn't shower for two nights until I moved to a new hotel.

This hotel provided an excellent stay! The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities, and the bed was so comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The front desk and staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, so getting around was hassle-free. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the environment was quiet and tidy, truly making one feel at home. Highly recommended!

The front desk lady was super pretty. We stayed for two days and no one cleaned the room in between. The hotel has a very cozy, vintage vibe. It's quite stylish. If you like this style, you should definitely stay here. There's a supermarket right downstairs.

The location is great, right in the city center with convenient transportation and a large supermarket nearby, plus plenty of fast-food options. However, everything else is subpar. The room is tiny, the window can't be opened, and there's a musty smell. The pillows have yellow stains, and the sink is so small you can't even wash your face or brush your teeth properly. Also, it's customary to leave a tip for room cleaning.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and close to the BART station. The building is historic, so the rooms are a bit old, but they were kept very clean, making for a comfortable stay.

I really have to thank Trip.com. Even though there was a mix-up due to a last-minute cancellation, Trip.com intervened very quickly. The stay itself was quite good, it's just a shame the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there's nothing that can be done about that.

The water pressure in the shower is weak, and there's virtually no soundproofing. Other than that, I have no major complaints. The location is good, and I'd like to stay here again.

This is a classic hotel. It's a bit old, but very clean. The location is excellent, with direct BART access to and from the airport. We also had great access to tourist attractions using the Cable Car Turnaround on Powell St. Personally, I really appreciated having a Trader Joe's, Target, and Ross Dress for Less all within a 5-minute walk. It's more affordable than other hotels in the area, so I'd definitely want to stay here again if I go to San Francisco.
