Upgraded to the bay view room, the scenic area is really great, just because the weather is good. The hotel has a long history, the exterior looks beautiful like a castle, the hotel interior is great, and the staff is welcoming. There are many small shops on the first floor. They are very beautiful and you can also buy snacks and water. The hotel is very close to Union Square, within walking distance, there are shopping malls near Starbucks, but the slope is difficult to climb ~

The hotel staff are really nice! ! Excellent, I have to say about the overall hotels in San Francisco, the rooms are generally too small, so this is not their own problem. This is one of the problems. The second is that San Francisco hotels are generally humid, but this hotel has done a very good job in this regard! The location is super safe (but don't go out at night and in the morning because there are so many homeless people in San Francisco). Besides, the people in the hotel are very cute. They ask you if you need water when you meet. We stayed for 7 and nights, so I asked them for a box of sleep. Fortunately, 8 pairs of disposable slippers were brought. In the end it was a fucking good meal, we would ask for red wine in the evening and the sommelier brought us two more bottles of white wine. Really awesome!

Another disappointing experience. The booking price was more than 4,000 and one night. I thought it was better than Liz. The result was that I found a Samsung hotel and the front desk offered two thousand. Two big and one small gave two single bed rooms, the front desk means to act according to the order. She has no responsibility. The room we booked is wrong. The problem is that Ctrip can answer that I have paid such a high price. I can't get the corresponding service because I chose the wrong one? At checkout, there was an additional $30 in facility fees per day, but the Ritz Hotel did not. According to Ctrip's regulations, this fee is paid separately by me. Ctrip defines the rules as perfect for themselves, without any problems. I just want to remind you that it is very simple for me. I paid a high premium. My expectation is to get better service. I can live comfortably in two big and small, I will not spend too much time researching. How big is the bed, and there is an extra cost to pay. Where can I provide a satisfactory reservation service, I am going to book it, but Ctrip is obviously not. Thank you, goodbye Ctrip.

Stopped in here with the family on our way to the Gold Coast. Enjoyed a dip in the pool to cool down and enjoyed a pleasant sleep. The owners here are extremely friendly and accomodating. We had two cars to house overnight and they obliged. A good location right in town close to everything. The place to stay when in town.

We stayed for 2 days in the Francisco Bay Inn. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and we had free parking onsite. There is a 24h entrance desk so there is no worry if you lose your key or if you check-in late. We had a car and it was very easy to drive from the hotel to the different places we wanted to visit. I strongly recommend this place which is very affordable given its quality and services.

The location is good for tourists. Close to Fisherman's Wharf, just 10 minutes walk. There are multiple bus stops at the door, convenient to downtown business districts, tourist attractions, and subway transfers. The waiters were also warm. The only drawback is that the quality of breakfast is not high and there are too few things. From time to time, I go to the breakfast shop in the block outside the hotel to eat. There is a Japanese restaurant next to it, which is good, went for 2 simple dinners.

Hotel is good, except a bit expensive! Breakfast was a bit pit. Gave me a breakfast voucher and said there was breakfast at the restaurant next door. When I go the next day, breakfast is ordered, not buffet. Then, that breakfast voucher only includes a cup of coffee, and other meals are charged. A breakfast is about $ 15. . . . . . . A little pitted. A good breakfast for $ 5 at a street restaurant.

Stayed at Seaside Inn on Lombard street for 4 nights ..clean and very accomodating staff..I think she is also the owner. Location was key for us as we walked almost everywhere. Seaside Inn is 3 miles from Golden Gate bridge to the west and 1.4 miles from Fisherman's Wharf to the east. China Town was 1.8 miles away.. Most tourist sights are within close proximity to Seaside Inn..its right on Lombard Street, but traffic noise was not an issue for us ..and our room was close to the front of the building. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay at Seaside Inn on our next visit to San Francisco..

This hotel is under new management so we couldn't see many reviews before booking but it was a great experience! the self check-in was a breeze (we received all the info in an email) and our room was nice and clean. The room is cozy but normal size for SF and if we needed a little more space we just went down to the lobby lounge area. There was wifi in the room and in the lobby area. The kitchen was super convenient to make a quick breakfast. We didn't use the washer/dryers but if we stayed longer we probably would have. We could walk to Union Square and there is also a Trader Joe's a couple blocks away. It was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights!
