Very satisfied with a stay experience. The location is just off the road from HotelCircle near the pedestrian tunnel. The hotel is clean and has a swimming pool, spa and laundry room. The breakfast is served until 11:30 in the restaurant. It is very convenient for me to take the time difference. The breakfast given is not a buffet. It is an American Breakfast package, including eggs/bread, sausage/bacon, potato cake/bread. pick one of two. When you are hungry, you have to eat two people to eat. Vegetables or fruits should be ordered. The front desk is available 24 hours a day for check in and Check Out. The room is very clean, no smell, the bedside lamp base comes with two sockets, very convenient to charge. The bath water temperature is sensitive to switching, and the temperature is well adjusted, so there is no overheating and overheating. There is a small fridge under the sink to store cold drinks and fruit, but the sound is a bit louder and it is best to turn it off when you sleep at night.

Hotel location is good, close to the sea, can be reached on foot. The hotel room is large and has a parking lot, but it costs $21 per day. The room is clean and suitable for families.

Our experience here was fantastic. We were able to book a room through trip advisor and received confirmation wihin 10 minutes from the hotel. A gentlemen name Daniel, who was the supervisor was extremely helpful. he was kind and easy to speak with. He helped us out by giving us the option to pick another room to our liking versus the one we had chosen on trip advisor. He signed me up for the Hilton Honors program and was very imformtive about the perks that came along with it. We stayed in the Villa Grande tower, 6th floor with 2 queen beds, with a great view of the bay. We were amazed of the the spacious room, beautiful bathroom and mirror. Those who worked there were very pleasant and kind, always with smiles towrds other guests. For a first timer at a Hilton hotel, I highly recommend this place for a get away.
