Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Airport Reviews

Lovely room with a HUGE bed, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. The pillows were very comfy too, along with a great mattress, outlet ports beside the beds worked too. The staff were lovely aswell. If I’m ever back in San Jose, I’ll be looking to book here again, highly recommend!!

Booked this hotel because they indicated there is shuttle to San Jose Airport. Disappointingly, the shuttle runs every 30 min beginning at 5am. My flight is 6am so have to call Uber in the end. Hotel should indicate in their website when the shuttle starts running and ends running. I would have stayed at Comfort Inn at San Jose Airport if I have known. 😔😔😔

The hotel is currently being renovated, there is no lobby to wait for a taxi, and the restaurant is not open either. I paid for breakfast and there was only a snack, so it was not necessary to pay for breakfast because the restaurant is not open. And they do not refund your money.

The front desk service was good, the room was very clean, and the hotel deposit was returned the next day, which was very good

It's close to the highway and has convenient transportation. The service at the counter is good, but the service at breakfast is not so good. Just like American hotels, the facilities are a little longer, but overall they are pretty good. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is very strong, which is more comfortable.
