Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose Airport

The location was great for client meetings in San Jose, and it's close to SFO since it's near San Jose Airport. Plus, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The hotel's service, facilities, and breakfast quality are consistently excellent and deserve high praise!

This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families with children. I thought there was a kitchen, but it was practically unusable. The air conditioning was very uncomfortable. Room cleaning was limited to just changing towels; you had to specifically request a full cleaning from the front desk. It was a very unpleasant 12-day stay, and I definitely won't be returning.

The facilities are quite complete, but the amenities are a bit outdated. There's only a bathtub, and the showerhead is fixed and can't be adjusted. The front desk provides two bottles of water every day, which is nice. The service attitude is average.

I stayed two nights. To make it convenient to get to Highway 1, being next to the airport was a bit noisy. The first night, I was assigned a top-floor room, which must have been quite noisy due to the ventilation fans. The second night, I coordinated and was moved to a second-to-top floor room, which was quieter, but there was still airport noise. Considering the service attitude in the US, I was quite surprised by their patience in helping me change rooms the second night. PS: The receptionist on the first night was impatient and spent ages arguing about the difference between "guarantee" and "deposite." You can't expect foreigners to be so picky. Overall, the accommodations were quite good and spacious. The breakfast was one of the most substantial white-style breakfasts I've had, including Japanese rice, kimchi, and miso soup. At $1,000 a night, it was reasonable.

The hotel I booked when I was on a business trip to the United States was very quiet, the breakfast was rich, the room was large overall, the view was OK, and the experience was good. It is a very cost-effective choice in this area
