"The transportation is very convenient. We arrived at night. Someone watched the parking lot and guided us to park. After checking in, we needed to put a list from the front desk on the front windshield of the car. The staff knew that this was a hotel guest's car. Everything else was fine. We only stayed for one night. It was more convenient to go to Silicon Valley for business the next day, so we chose this place. We left the next morning after breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was a typical American breakfast."

"It was a reasonably priced stay, and the room was equipped with a microwave, and the bed was clean and well-made with fluffy pillows that made you feel like you could sink into it. My daughter's suitcase had been opened without permission at customs, so the lock had changed direction, so when I was having trouble opening it, she kindly lent me a hand. The staff are all smiling and wonderful. Thank you very much for your help. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel is very clean and recently renovated. The facilities and gym are excellent. It's close to the airport and offers airport transfers. The breakfast is average, requiring à la carte dishes, and is a bit pricey. One complaint I had was that the front desk forgot my airport transfer reservation, leaving me waiting at the airport for nearly an hour and having to pay for breakfast. Everything else was fine."

"This is great comfortable room, clean and spacious, friendly staff with helpful kindness. I appreciate. Shuttle service as when you travel to a new different country/city you are not always certain of the taxi/ did Uber directions, given. Language barriers and technology challenges. Always helpful assistance for early morning or late night travelers. Good food options close by and a kitchen and bar onsite. Good room at a good price."

"Originally, there was a free laundry room under this Element, and the laundry beads/dishwashing beads were all free. Now they are charging. It would be fine if they charged, but the usual payment was coin-operated. As a result, they had to use a special laundry app. The mobile phone signal in the United States is already poor, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is not very good. The laundry room is on the first floor and has neither mobile phone signal nor network signal. I could only look for a signal in and out of the laundry room for 20 minutes before I downloaded the app. Then the payment app needs to be linked to a credit card, but who would bring a credit card when doing laundry! So I had to go back to the room to find the credit card! Then I had to recharge the app from the credit card! Recharge! It's 2025! Then I had to scan the QR code on the washing machine to start it! It took a lot of effort to finally scan it, and I thought I could control the washing machine remotely through the app, so I walked out of the laundry room! I walked back to the room and found that I had to click on the washing machine to start washing! So I had to go back and figure it out again - I don't know how to make a product in China... Why force it to go on the road"

"Location is impeccable. Other then that nothing to shout about of this doubletree. It is old and during my stay , the room card cannot access the gym on day one. I have to walk down twice to reception to fix the problem. Then on my last day , my card failed to access the elevator. I have go to reception snd get it fixed. The infra is too old. Of you don’t mind this and coming fir a short 1-2 days meetings, this is ok."

"It takes two minutes to walk to the beach. There are not too many varieties of breakfast. There are gyms and swimming pools. There are three floors in total. The decorations in the lobby are very tasteful. There are computers and printers in the lobby for free use, which is very convenient. You need a car for travel, otherwise there is nothing nearby"
