Motel 6 San Jose, CA - South

Had a great time great service as nd pet friendly.

I didn’t stay , I didn’t even go inside the room. Front desk agent started getting aggressive when I told him I wanted to cancel because the showers did not have hot water and would not cancel my reservation

Overall the staff were extremely friendly but I will say the hotel had a lot of hair and some areas weren’t really clean but it was a nice stay to be there. I would do it again.

The staff ok. Everything else just terrible. Cancelled my stay and 11:30 pm looked for the other places.

the beds seemed to be the smallest queens in the history of the world. They actually seemed like Full sized beds instead. the people who helped us out at front, once they realized we made reservations through *******, their attitudes changed and they were rude.

I got to the hotel and the rude clerk let us know there were no more one bed rooms. She said there was nothing she could do except charge me more for a two bed room but would charge me more. She ended up finding us a room for the same price but it was a handicap one. Shower was completely covered with mold. The AC made the room smell like piss and over all the room was nasty and dirty.

There was a police disturbance, noise and even breaking of windows... no respect for other tenants.

What you would expect for a motel 6 but my main light wasn’t working, I had no smoke alarm. The wires from the ceiling to where it should be connected to we’re hanging out. Couple violations right there. Kinda felt unsafe. Some unsavory characters walking around the parking lot. Might wanna find a better place.

We were booked to stay 3 nights. When we arrived there was someone riding a bike around the parking speaking to various other people who were out. As I was unloading my car this person came through a back gate in the parking and approached me to ask for money. I was with my spouse but had I been alone I would've felt very vulnerable. Our room was very run down but clean. Unfortunately the double bed had a large platter size area that was broken on the right side that made sleeping so uncomfortable. We told the about it after the first night. Nothing was done so we left after the second night. They were very understanding and refunded our third night. We had a spectacular 3rd night in a different hotel. The pool was pristine clear and perfect! They did a great job there!
