Awesome time beautiful place. It was my sons first time for senior ball and I’m so glad it was an unforgettable time. Planking was nice and simple the staff was friendly and helpful.

I am very satisfied with the room. It is clean and comfortable. The mattress is very soft and the quilt cover and sheets are better than expected.

The location is great. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly. But the rooms are very outdated for the price they charge. The A/C alone should not be as loud as it was. The caulking in the bathroom is chipped/missing. The actual shower and sink looked and felt outdated.
We paid for a late check out (3pm). That morning they had a fire alarm test and we were up and unable to sleep at 9am. We check out by 11am (regular check out time) and don’t get reimbursed for the late check out fees.
TL;DR
Underwhelmed. Great location but overpriced.

Great location on the very entertaining Santana Row.
I expected the service to be better. Doormen were inconsistent. Some said hello others stared at their phones. Some pushed the elevator button others stared at their phones.
We had to call twice for room service. They forgot about us.
We woke up one morning with no running water. Couldn’t shower. Guest services said they would send someone to our room. They never did.
Fun stay but won’t be returning to this hotel.

The pool is amazing. Jocelyn and Katherine took care of a problem we had with original room plus gifted us a bottle of wine. A service.
