The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Cala Laiya also has a lot of spots and activities that guests can choose from. I loved reading my books in their daybeds. Looking forward to coming back, with my furbaby next time!

The room is cozy and clean. A bit surprised that it didn't have hygiene kits, but we didn't mind coz we brought our own. It has unlimited coffee, but it would be nice to have tea as well. The beddings and pillows feels good, and they are nice and clean as well. The place is neat, well maintained, and feels like close to nature which added to a stress free experience. The staff are all nice and warm. The pools are nice, and the beach is good to swim as well. All the free activities are fun too! And there always are complimentary snacks, what a bonus! All in all, a highly recommended place to unwind, chill and relax.

We felt really relaxed and its truly an oasis. Everything was excellent from the food, facility and customer service. What I liked the most was the staff really look after the guest and whatever we ask, they gladly assisted us. We are looking forward to go back and see a lot of new things.

The accommodation and food and facilities are good, however there were a few disappointments: 1. I was not allowed to charge my Electric EV car via the normal plug 2. Internet in the rooms are bad 3. Food service is very slow 4. Toilet bowl was initially clogged with used tissue Thanks, hope this help.

Experience started with your booth at the travel expo. Very professional team. Also appreciate the nice giveaway. Front desk (Larene and her team) we got a very warm welcome and they were very accomodating to our early check in and early check out request. The housekeeping team were fast in making our unit available for check in and were thorough in cleaning our unit 3a. Food was great and servers (sanebel and his two partners) were very attentive and prompt. The caretaker at the pond was also very open to assist guest. The kids had a great time using the pool and riding the raft plus the snorkelling experience. The dining setup and the bar under the tree was very nice. Really really awesome vacation!!!

Thank you for the warm welcome! Despite arriving early for check-in, we were graciously accommodated and settled into our room. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. While the dining options were slightly on the pricier side, the quality of the food, particularly at the Italian restaurant, was outstanding. Our brief stay was truly delightful. I will definitely recommend this..

The accommodations are good the staff are hospitable and the food is okay! I really enjoyed my stay here! The water activities are also exciting and the environment is good for relaxation when you wanted to find a peaceful mind from a stressful scenario! Hoping someday I will be back here!

Thank you Jhen, Vanessa and all the staff for the Excellent and personalised service. Food is very good. Facilities and rooms are well maintained. We were impressed with the little snacks that they served in the morning and afternoon. It’s a very nice touch.

The place is serene and tucked away from the crowds - which makes it perfect for a family getaway, including pets! The pools and the beach have a fantastic view and the place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food from the restaurant is delicious as well! There may be limited internet connectivity in the area due to its location but it is also worthwhile to disconnect from time to time!
