Very nice family hotel. We stayed in a room on the first floor. Very nice personnel and very nice breakfast. It was quiet. The room was spacious. Very nice big walk-in shower. Maybe a handlebar grab would be safer. To get to the hotel you need to turn into a cuve on the road.nit requires a bit of attention. Surely recommended

B&B Trento was an excellent stay! The staff were SO friendly and helpful, and they accommodated our late check in with automatic check in (which was quick and easy, exactly what we needed after 32 hours of travel!). The room is simple and has everything you need (shampoo/body wash, towels, a safe) and they have additional toiletry items for sale downstairs if you forget any! My only “4 star” is the location - it is a beautiful setting right next to a mountain and extremely convenient if you have a car! If you don’t have a car, the bus line to and from the city center stops at 7pm so you will have to take a taxi (or the bus during the day). We highly recommend staying here. It was our first stop in Italy and our first trip to Europe, and the staff was just incredibly kind to us and helpful when we had questions.

It was our first trip to the mountains and Trentino. We actually booked using a Smartbox we were gifted for our wedding. We are both sea people, but we left a piece of our hearts in this place. The hotel is just beautiful, every angle so nicely decorated, the location is wonderful, you can reach many places from here, and the view is just amazing. The staff at the reception always had a smile for us, check in and check out were very easy. We loved the bar, we had an aperitif while playing pool; the restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner is nice, the staff even nicer. They are very kind, polite and open to give advice on wine with the chosen menu, which was fantastic. Breakfast was simple but had everything, including some delicious home made cakes. There is a small wellness area where you can relax. We definitely felt like new after a couple of hours of sauna, tea, relaxing zone and pool. We also had good old fun with ping pong in their game room. Parking is available in two floors. The place is very quiet. There is incredible peace. It's where you want to be if you're looking to disconnect from the world and connect with people and nature. We are surely coming back.

We were attempting to get back to our hotel by using a web based mapping tool. It kept telling us to turn right, even when there was no option to do so. My mum is in a wheelchair, neither of us are spring chickens. After overheating and becoming more and more lost we decided to go to the Hoody hotel to ask if they would call us a cab. Isia greeted us with a friendly smile and could instantly tell that we were dehydrated. He gave us both water and a place to rest. He allowed us to use the restroom facilities and whilst I was in there, he got a map and showed mum where we were and the route we needed to get back to our hotel. Unfortunately there were no cabs available but with his careful guide we were able to follow the map and arrived safely back to our destination. He even gave us the phone number for his hotel and said if we were to get lost again to call him and he would direct us to the the best of his ability- Talk about going above and beyond. A real angel that helped 2 ladies in distress. He is the very blueprint of what front of house staff should be like. Nice hotel , everything new and modern , super comfortable and large bed , very beautiful bathroom , abundant and excellent breakfast , very close to the museum that I suggest to visit , and at less than 1 km walk you reach the center , I advise you this beautiful hotel for who wants to stay in Trento

The room we chose is very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The equipment is more than sufficient x type: complete towel sets, soaps with dosers both in the washroom and in the shower. Free in operation but empty: Cool and hot drinks are available in corridors at absolute prices in the standard. We also took the place in the garage, which is very comfortable because it is not easy to park in Trento. Extremely recommended x short or medium-long stays. Just under the bar, restaurants and other rooms both day and night. Perfect soundproofing, but the neighborhood is still very quiet. Distance from the center 700m. We will return.

Wether you want peace or party, maybe ski or have a walk or biking, is all possible. Trento historical city is 10 minutes by bus and 20 minutes at 1700 m Here you can be with a couple or alone to experience all your heart desires. The luxury in this hotel is not to explain but rather that you see and visualize it yourself. Your own experience is that what counts not the pictures that you see. CTB

Great hotel for a 1 night stopover. When we drove up for our vacation we did a quick stopover here. The hotel.is located ideally just after the brenner pass. The hotel is 1 or 2 km located of the highway. Staff was friendly, room where better then expected. I was expecting a basic room but they had a luxurious touch, the bathroom was spacious and we had all the facilities we need. Breakfast had plenty of options and checkout was quick and painless. All in all a good experience.
