Poor rating! The service is very poor! The banquet at night is still noisy until 11. The guests left and started to dismantle the stage until 12. The noise of several instruments rumbling is so loud that I can't sleep! At 6 o'clock in the morning, the breakfast pots and pans in the atrium began to ring! Had to leave the hotel and couldn't find a luggage cart to carry luggage. The price is expensive and the breakfast is too bad. I don't recommend it!

We had such a great time, everyone was so nice, check in with super easy. The lady on our floor help me out when I just wanted a trash bag and extra towels. She was so kind. Breakfast was great even though everyone was snatching all the food. The bartenders were so kind. And the bar burger was so yummy.

The layout of this hotel is made for noise! The breakfast hall functions as an echo chamber and all the noise floats upward into the rooms. The happy hour in the evening extends until around 10 pm and the noise does not die down until after the bar is closed.
The rooms, while spacious, are in need of an update. There were stains on our ceiling and the carpet was worn. Overall it not look fresh.
