Lamplighter Inn & Suites

The first room we got the tolit wouldn't flush so they put us in another room but the ac wasn't working was warm in the room opened up a Window didn't cool off in the room until early morning

Awesome, very clean. Good place. It was last minute on our end. very fair night rate that we got I would stay here again

Air conditioner was broken sink was cracked there was cockroach crawling on the wall and a patch in the wall behind the door. Very dated an not very clean.

The evening shift staff is harsh towards foreigner. The only bad experience in my worldwide travel during the past 30 years.

Bedding cover was most definitely not replaced with clean ones before our stay. We never leave them on the bed but still was noticeable. The room was pretty warm the entire night even with the wall unit "AC" ON "HIGHT COOL" as labeled. The hot tub was out of service, the gate to the pool area lock wasn't working right. We had to reach over to open the door. Big breakfast room but no real breakfast, just some pre packaged Danishes and muffins. Only water and coffee. Parking was easy and well lit.

Old property. Burn hole on bed cover. No heat. I wore two shirts and a jacket. Staff and owners know the heat does not work, and they do nothing. Staff told me to complain the next day, there was nothing they could do. Very uncomfortable, but I am stuck here for the night.

This Hotel was a headache from the moment we walked in to check in, staff was not helpful, rude, couldn’t answer any questions. Rooms Ac/Heater unit was awful made a hug loud noise the entire time. The bathroom lights were out, one light worked in the room very dark.
