San Marcos Inn

SMINNII Stay was doable. The room was not so clean. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Room was extremely hot. It took most of the night to cool the room.

SMINN Last minute trip to San Marcos for the TXST Football game. Limited hotel opportunity for the weekend. Stayed at the San Marcos Inn and was surprised. Room was clean, comfortable and had easy access to the game. Outside appearance not too exciting.

Clean and friendly Clean and friendly - price was no frills but very reasonable. I really appreciated the larger fridge and separate freezer space.

Cockroaches at the check-in window and moldy odor in the bedroom. After using the bathroom, I decided to take my family to another hotel down the road. My son laughed and said Dad that’s the most expensive bathroom break you’ve ever taken..

Only accessible outlet was at the sink. No place to charge a phone or run a laptop.

Spiders in toilet , tub , scorpions in bed

It was older and the carpet need to be replace bleach stains, and the mattress was rock harded.

Check in was a breeze. Lady at the front office was very friendly. Room was decent. The air conditioning unit was loud but it was too hot not to keep it on. Other than that, there were no issues. It was nice
