Highly do not recommend. The address is not correct. It took us up some stairs in a barrio where the location was not at. The pictures do not seem real based on where we stayed We had to go down a back alley which was dirty and sketchy. The room was not the same as the pictures even though we booked a delux room It was very loud from the club next door The owner sat us down to chit chat for 30 mins instead of letting us unwind on our honeymoon We booked because we thought it was a hotel but it’s clearly not a hotel There is no sign, no reception, no hotel lobby, it feels like I’m at the owners frat house which is not the depiction I got from the ******* ad and pictures This building is unfinished building upstairs was still needed a lot of work. It felt more like a jail there is no windows in the room. This is unprofessional business owners must be held responsible of their wrong doing. Ripping people off showing them a place taking them to unfinished projects which is completely not what we paid for.

Worst experience

This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely! The view from the deck was simply breathtaking, offering a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The entire house was meticulously clean, and the bathrooms were top-notch. Our hosts even provided us with generous grocery shopping before our arrival, including delicious organic fruits, breakfast items, bottled water, coffee, and even wine and beer. To our delight, we also discovered a TV in the villa, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay. Anyway, I could go on and on describing our amazing experience at the Villa and by the lake, but words can't truly capture how we felt during our stay. If you're planning a visit to Lake Atitlan, this is the place you must book without any hesitation. Keep in mind the following information: For a safer journey to the Lake and back to Guatemala City, Anika can connect you with a private boat captain. Take a brief 20-minute boat ride from/to Panajachel, bringing you closer to both destinations.
