We loved it. Nice and helpful staff. Apartment renovated, clean, elegant, everything available. Small heated pool. There were few people so it was enough, with a large number it would be more difficult. Toiletries, towels, bed linen, dishes all available. The airport next door and the planes added to the charm for us. There is nothing next to it. But the bus connection is ok. Though there is a piece. I really recommend.

Disappointed Hotel is clean and nice rooms, decent WiFi, pools good they have a kids pool & heated pool. I didn’t like the fact the parasols were permanently up you can’t close them down which when you’re spending most of the day by the pool everyday can become annoying having to keep moving beds The worst part about this hotel is the woman in the pool restaurant, honestly she is misery and rudeness personified. Restaurant is closed all day Sunday and with it being the only restaurant inside the hotel is strange, there is a small eaterie at the front that is closed Mondays the guy there is very polite and accommodating but the food isn’t great he could do with serving english style sausage & bacon instead of Spanish as most here are English Closet alternative is San Blas a 10 minute walk down hill and €6 home in a taxi All other popular areas are €30 each way and if youre looking for entertainment you will have to spend a lot on taxis as there’s nothing here at all Wouldn’t return due to lack of eating options and the rudeness and ignorance of the woman at the pool restaurant. Family of 6, 4 kids 8-14

We love the team but things really do need to get back to pre covid. Lots of things were removed, it’s time to bring them back.

This is an exceptionally outstanding resort in every way. The two bedroomed accommodation is superb - well appointed, spacious, well maintained and serviced. The staff are highly efficient and always helpful with a pleasant manner.

Lovely resort on a golf course at Golf del Sur. The apartments are lovely and very well equipped with comfy beds. Lovely pool area with three pools. Well stocked shop on site. Cannot fault the resort. We have stayed here a few times now and can recommend this resort. We do hire a car which is very useful for shopping and getting out and about but you can get the local bus near to the complex.

amazing resort highly recommend staff were amazing and facility's were top notch apartments were clean and up to date with aircon coffee machine and microwave sky sports on tv was a happy surprise 2 min walk to golf course, 2 min walk to bus stop airport was 15euros for 3 persons in a taxi 3 pools, hot tub, tennis and mini football court, 2 play areas for kids supermarket on site and 2 restaurants serving excellent food

Booked In on sat 15th Sept apartment amazing. Then Monday 16th Sept came and it all changed Jack hammer drilling starts at 9am goes on until 4.30pm. With builders in the next apartment looking over so no privacy. It's like living on a building site. Was not Informed we would be spending 10 nights on a building site. Not given any other alternatives . Really poor do not come here without checking if you are next to building works

We have offered a room move and have spoken with you several times in person and through chat. If you would like to discuss things any further you can always come to reception and we can talk over thing again. We have also offered the free use of our spa for you to relax a little bit. We know is not much but is the best we can do to try and make things a little bit better for you. From here we are unable to do much from here as the reservation was with a third party you will need to contact them for any compensation. Once again, we apologize for the inconviences. This is a lovely resort, very well maintained.There are plenty of on-site facilities. Unfortunately the Cafe Med was closed for our week, limiting the on-site eateries to the pool bar, where there were very limited options for vegetarians. Realistically, a taxi was required to get to restaurants in the evening. All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

We liked that the resort has an excellent starting point for exploring the island. He also provided excellent service with his own small grocery store open until late. We also liked the architecture, privacy and quiet. As an aviation fan, I loved being able to watch the planes right from the comfort of a lounger by the pool!

Booked Two bed two bathroom apartment on exchange through RCI. Ensuite bathroom very big clean and upto date. Second independent shower room very small. Good friendly but small supermarket on site. Poolside restaurant on site served good reasonable priced lunches and evening meals and drinks. Lady serving at lunch time was very rude so stopped eating there at lunchtime and went to onsite cafe instead. Dined at poolside restaurant in the evening and server and food was good.Both of these are run independently, No other supermarkets or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
