A fabulous hotel at the entrance of San Miguel. The location is great, although is not right at the center of the city it turned out to be better for us (you avoid the noise of the fireworks all night long). The rooms where clean, spacious and with a beautiful style. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. And the swimming pool is amazing. But! The Jewel of our stay was the hotel itself, is decorated in such an exquisite way! It looks like an antique store, full of details and beautiful objects! Will definitely stay again here in my next visit to San Miguel de Allende.

It's nice place but we had important things to do and couldn't go there! And it couldn't change time or cancel!

Really good hotel

This is the second time we have arrived at the Hotel and we have always been very satisfied. Now my wife complained about the mattress? Regarding food, they lack creativity, they are very dull and the pot coffee is terrible.

The hotel has a unique decoration style, complete facilities and hygiene. highly recommended.
