Just home from a fantastic 11 days holiday in this amazing hotel. A massive thank you to all the members of staff. Globalees the staff here are worth there weight in gold From checking with the friendly receptionists to checking out it was brilliant. All the staff were fabulous from the housekeepers ,resturant staff, bar tenders and gardeners so very friendly everyone you passed said "hello" We were given a detailed easy to follow map of the complex and found our room quickly. we had emailed the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival and requested a top floor pool facing room (if possible) and was not disappointed. The complex is made up of named blocks of rooms 2 or 3 storeys high set in imaculate gardens and beautiful flower beds The only one with a lift is Almeria which was ours. The room was bright, spotless and welcoming. There is plenty of open wardrobe and shelving space,a dressing table and good lighting, lots of sockets and mirrors. We had a good size balcony with standard patio furniture and a pool and mountain view. The bathroom was spacious clean and well maintained. The shower over the bath was adequate. I suggest you get a slip mat for the bath. They are available on request. The complex had 4 pools. The main one is where the water games and some of the days entertainment is held. There is also a pleasant shaded seating area with tables and chairs. This pool has the most sunbeds and 1 parasol for every 2 sunbeds. So no need to queue at stupid o'clock for a sunbed. The main square is the hub of the complex. It is set in beautifully manicured flower beds. Here you'll find the restaurant, snack bar, main bar, the quiet pool and kiddies pool. You also have access to the rooftop solarium. All the evening entertainment is in this square with ample tables and chairs. Also a small area with a pool table and games for the teens. During certain days the barbecue is fired up and fresh paella is made along with sangria. (yummy) It's a good place to enjoy a drink and relax during the day. There is another bar indoors that opens of an evening it has a large seating area and a few tables outside. The reception also has a comfy seating area to chill in. The evening entertainment consists of kiddie time till 9pm then live music shows bingo and quizzes. The animation team are brilliant and work non stop. The restaurant is clean and bright .It can get busy at certain times. There is an cool anex at the back of the resturant. We choose to eat here as not as busy. The food is as you would expect all inclusive Plenty to choose from fresh salads, pasta, pizza, fresh grilled meat and fish, and the usually aray of potatoes and vegetables. Desserts and icecreams. Some nights are themed nights. Mexican,Chinese etc. San Miguel is the beer on self serve with White,Red and Rose wine, water and fizzy drinks. The making of this holiday was the laid back feeling of not having to rush to do anything. There is a mix of nationalities and a good relaxed atmospher

We had a fabulous time at this hotel. The room we were allocated 76 was in the malaga block was spotless and roomy. There was a pull down single bed , a sofa bed and twin beds . As a couple we did not need the extra beds but for a family this would be good. We also had a raised patio area facing the pool lifeguard on patrol , music and games Food choice was good although we didn't care for breakfast but thats personal taste we found a cafe nearby called urban chai which provided an excellent breakfast and great service. Staff in hotel are friendly and work extremely hard most with a smile on their face at all times. Tui rep Troy was very helpful and as I had an accident whilst there gave excellent advice on what I should do next and showed interest in how I got on after the event. He is an asset to both tui and the hotel. All in all for a cheap spring break we were very happy with what we received and would definitely return

My wife, my daughter aged 4 months and myself stayed at this property for 10 nights from 24/09/23. Check in was quick, although the bus from TUI does not drop you directly outside the hotel, but up on a busy main road and you have to walk down to the hotel, this may be an issue for people with mobility issues. At check in we were allocated room 1046, which was in Almeiria block. We had requested a ground floor and quiet room which is what it was. The only problem was that there was a massive tree outside the balcony and this did not leave any light into the balcony. We went to reception to see if they could move us rooms and the only rooms that they could move us to was one over looking a building site. So we opted to stay where we was. Room - very clean, has all types of tv channels, this was helpful while entertaining my daughter with CBEEBIES. The rooms are slightly dated, but there was nothing wrong with them. We had opted for a deluxe room with a fridge, but the room was not very big if there was a second child in the room with us. The beds were comfortable and there was clean linen every day we were there. It was my birthday while I was at the hotel and I had a bottle bubbly off the hotel which was very kind. Pools- There are three pool areas and another across the road in the other part of hotel. The one pool near reception is quieter but very deep with a small child’s pool next to it and a solarium up steps. The other pool where all the main entertainment was was by our room. Both pools are of a decent size and this pool is more shallow than the one by reception. There is a child’s pool area around the back which was barely used, it’s next to a play park and an inside play area. This pool area was hardly used and we had it to ourselves most of the time. It’s a very shallow pool for young children. Food- the food was excellent for a three star hotel and there was something to suit everyone. Plenty of meat, fish, salad, pasta, fries at every meal. Drinks- You can help yourself to soft drinks at the bar and restaurant which was very useful. In the restaurant you can help yourself to the San Miguel and wines. Location - In a quiet area, set back from the beach part of the area and around a 25- 30 min walk from the hotel into Puerto Banus. We hired a car, through the hotel and it was pretty reasonable compared to other prices. You can collect from the hotel across the road and drop it off there when finished. Marbella - around 20 min drive Fuengirola- around 35 mins Malaga - around 50 mins Gibraltar- around 1 hour Ronda - around 50 mins (well worth a visit) Cadiz - around 1 hour 30. (Drove to all these places) I went to the football at Cadiz and Malaga and the reception staff were very helpful and printed my tickets out for me. The one lady on reception called a car rental for me and spoke to them in Spanish (which was helpful) because there was an issue with car rental which is when I ended up going with the hotel. I

My son and myself stayed here for 7 nights. This was the first holiday we have done just the 2 of us. I felt safe and made plenty of friends. The activities were amazing for kids and adults. He animation team work very hard. We found the food great. There was a different theme each night. I'm vegetarian and I always found plenty to eat at each meal.

So where to start, overall a nice hotel, with some nice staff( kinga the tui rep was rude and only interested in selling days out and not any problems you had) and rooms i will get to, stayed here for 2 weeks in October on arrival our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our cases in the luggage room and we got our wristbands so was able to go to lunch have a drink or use the facilities, we were given room 59 ground floor close to everything, on our first morning we woke up to a load of ants in the room and bed a maid was sent to spray the room and change the bed and the ants stayed away for a few days the 4th day the ants were back again the maid was sent and a maintenance man who sealed the floor door frame and this did solve the problem for the duration of our stay, we had a terrace area and the rooms above would flick there ash and fag nubs over the balcony onto our terrace, The food was what you would expect for a 3 star all inclusive the only downside was food not being labelled properly, the one day a green soup appeared and when translated it said canary stew, found out it was water cress still was not nice , but we didnt starve there is no order at meal times it was busy and there was no queuing system, and towards the end of our stay food, ice creams , yoghurts began to disappear we were told it was because of the end of season, this also happened with the alcohol and for a busy hotel that offers all inclusive this should not be the case, another downside was the water being switched off at 11 till 7 in the morning due to having no rain and the reservoir being low, but this didn't stop sprinklers being used and staff hosing down outside every morning, again when you are all inclusive you should be able to use the toilet and wash facilities when you want not when your told, my partner was mid shower after a day out wen the water got switched off and he scolded himself, Antonio behind the bar was amazing the only member of bar staff that knew how to make a decent drink, the lady i dont remember her name was not putting alcohol in the cocktails but saying she was, so stopped using her, the evening entertain was rubbish i think in 2 weeks we had 2 decent acts that came on, but animation were good and there was lots to do in the day, overall would still visit again but when the water issue is resolved. Also the hotel is a 10/15 minute walk to beach, and there are regular local buses that take you to san pedro, marbella, and other places, if your fit an active i wasn't you could walk to most these places

We stayed at this hotel between 11th & 18th October 2023. The hotel was larger than we expected after reviewing the pictures on the TUI website. The Hotel and grounds were very well maintained. Positives: The pool areas were well supervised, with plenty of sun beds and parasols. There were plenty of seating and tables around the main outside bar area, where the service was good. The food in the restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice even if a little repetitive at times. Negatives: On arrival we had to queue for at least an hour to reach the check in desk, then to be told that the room would not be ready until after 2:00pm (We did store the cases and went for lunch). The TUI website talked about safes being in the facilities however they did not mention the 32 euro weekly charge for the use of, plus 10 euro deposit for the lock and key which to me is a little excessive. The room which was a balcony room was fairly spacious, however the balcony was minuscule with room for one chair and an astray! The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet. There was no water in any room between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am due to the drought, and the need to preserve water, however ironically during the day there were sprinklers on the lawn and staff were using hundreds of litres hosing down the communal areas and gardens. The restaurant was so busy, congested, noisy, loud and chaotic, more like a large cafe. if you were thinking of a having an enjoyable mealtime in your own space, this is not the place for you. There were no standards for dress in the evening. Best to bring you own pool towels, the quality is very poor and they charge a deposit of 10 euro and 1 euro charge for exchange for washing per towel. Early departures you can request access for breakfast at a cafe adjoining the restaurant, this was the worst breakfast offering I have ever experienced. Obviously left overs from the day before, with very little on offer. The coffee/hot water dispenser machine was not dispensing hot water for tea and there was no milk available (They must presume that we are all coffee drinkers). I did complain at reception but they were more interested in quoting the amount of people who also had breakfast without complaints, I did point out that having a list of attendees did not mean they had enjoyed what was on offer. There free shuttle bus to Puerto Banus operated from the hotel was a coach, when we sat down our seats would not lock into the vertical position, as they were for the rows in front and behind us, does anyone check these coaches? We decided to take a taxi back to the hotel. Summary: We will return to the Costa Del Sol area again in October but we would not stay at this hotel again. We made the best of it, but found certain things very disappointing.

What can I say?! Thank you again for yet another fantastic holiday! I have been coming here for many years with my family.. now I get to bring my own children. It was their second time here and they love it as much as I do. So much so that before we left we had booked to return again next year. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, the staff are amazing.. many of which are familiar faces from many years past. There’s everything you would need within walking distance including some lovely family run bars and restaurants if you fancy a change of scenery. Ents team are brilliant and so engaging with the guests, even when on a break they have a huge smile and a friendly greeting. A wide selection of food and drinks available all day, replenished constantly and well presented. My only criticism would be that it gets a little repetitive. A good range of trips available thru the tour reps, definitely worth a look. Thanks again guys.. see you again very soon!

We stayed in this hotel in late June as a family. We originally had problems at check in with the original rooms allocated however this was dealt with professionally and we were all satisfied with the new rooms. The hotel is low rise and gives you the impression you're in a pretty village which is nice with lots of flowers etc especially in the red hot weather . The rooms are ok with air con and comfy beds, I think it could do with fridges in the rooms. The food was good with plenty of choice even for the fussy eaters. In the evening the entertainment was generally good we liked the Bingo before the show etc although we never won. The main pool was busy however you could get sun loungers unless you got there very late, for info there are other areas with sun loungers. The animation team worked hard and are a credit to the hotel. The free bus down to Puerto banus is a must the beach is lovely there. The San Pedro market is good especially for the ladies. We went to San Pedro for meals and a look round shopping etc a couple of times. I would recommend this hotel and would encourage you to ask for if possible Almeria, Granada or Malaga blocks when booking your room.
