I visited Safi Valle at Monterrey for business. The hotel was very clean, located in safety area. There were various amenities around it, such as Starbucks, OXXO CVS, Soriana supermarket, and a big shopping mall. I was a little disappointed at relying on ice buckets without a refrigerator, but it's not important.

The service is really great. Everyone is so kind and considerate and the location is great. The room feels a bit old, but it's clean and nice.

首先，房間整體都還可以，逼格和設施都很奢華，就是衣櫥燈需要門口總控關，半夜起來不太方便，不關燈光有點睡不着
其次，我住10樓1018，同事11樓1117，都屬於靠近馬路一邊，不知道是復活節還是其他什麼原因，隔壁房間的人嗨了兩晚，半夜兩三點還在叮叮噹噹，搞死了。。。

Staff was incredible but the hotel was just not it. I definitely recommend other hotels, since this one is very outdated and old. A lot of things weren’t working in our room, like the telephone, TV, lock, etc.

They need a better standards for cleanliness, the bed clothes smell like if someone else sleep, they where old and the shower was with hair and not clean. Is not a 3 star diamond hotel it needs an upgrade...
I couldn't stay for the night had to change the hotel.
