Vanessa and Abriannie were exceptional at helping us, not only with tour plans, they assisted in getting us to our next destination! It was nice to have housekeeping look after so much : ) Security were friendly and ensured we were happy. Fitz and Alex at the restaurant made sure we enjoyed our food. I highly recommend the Suites!!! Oh and it’s only a 3 minute walk from the ferry!

Excellent location central to everything in San Pedro Rooms and facilities are kept very very clean Full kitchen Small but nice pool Great views. Friendly staff. I really liked it here. AC and fans No Gym Restaurant attached to the hotel with Jamaican food.

Excellent customer service, great room,clean and spacious,with a refrigerator, stove top,microwave & coffee maker,with a very cute box with ground coffee, tea bags,sugar,creamer. . Walking distance to town. Excellent view, restaurant & bar by the pool side 👌.

The location was perfect and the apartment was spectacular! It was clean, homey, and a cool haven from the heat and humidity. Right on Coconut Drive (the main road for tourists), we had access to everything. And the view from our porch was stunning! Exactly as seen on the booking site, we spent most of our time in the apartment sitting on our porch or enjoying the view from inside the cool apartment with shades opened. I highly recommend SunBreeze Suites for families or couples looking for quality time en la Isla Bonita, San Pedro Belize. Special shoutouts to Abriannie for booking our golf cart so quickly and easily, Daniel for the best lunch recommendation, and Linda for facilitating an easy checkout when we were running a bit behind schedule. We plan on coming back!

This hotel has excellent staff, is very clean, and is on the beach. We had a great view of the pool and beach from our room. The small kitchen has no stove, just a cooktop. They provided filtered water, and we made our ice in the refrigerator. We went there for diving and highly recommend Ambergris Divers. We also had a golf cart for the week. The pool is clean and nice. There were chairs for the beach. We took our own Apple TV box to be able to watch what we wanted on the TV.

There is no elevator or handrail between the first and second floors. No lotion is provided in the rooms. We didn't have electricity or wifi for two hours, and the hotel doesn't have a generator. The staff was fabulous and the Jambel restaurant was really fantastic!

This was the worst stay i hated it they don’t know what they do food taste horrible I hate it we had to go to another place to eat never come to this place SUNSET BREEZE SUITES we put the towel their and they moved it and they told us we moved we had to pay

I visit SunBreeze Suites every time I come to San Pedro. The staff is wonderful. Everything is very clean, the location couldn’t be better. You can walk from the ferry. There’s dozens of restaurants within a few blocks. The pool so relaxing. It’s everything you need for a great vacation.

The people are great and always helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable with great air-conditioning. We always feel safe and respected during our stay. The restaurant is great and so are the drinks. This place is right in town and close to dive shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Sunbreeze Suites!

The place is beautiful, clean, and cool. The workers were so kind and helpful. I had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone. We swam at the pool, ate at the restaurant, took tours organized via the front desk, and spent time down at Palapa's. It was a wonderful experience.

The place is a rip off. you pay up front for however your reservation is for. I was forced to leave because of Hurricane Beryl coming towards San Pedro. The Island was starting to make arrangements to hunker down. I played it safe and found a flight home so I wouldn't get caught up in the storm. I left with 5 days left on my reservation for safety reasons and they refuse to refund me my money back. I even asked for just half of it back and they refused. I will never stay with them again and I will do my best to alert anyone that is planning to go to Belize to not stay at the Sunbreeze Suites.

This is a decent hotel. Large, clean rooms. The water coolers on each floor were fantastic. The staff is helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Coffee and full size appliances. The AC worked great and it’s mostly quiet by 9pm 👍🏼 While I found the rooms to be great it’s not exactly peaceful down by the pool. The music volume from the restaurant on site varies from background ambience to too loud. And if it’s not the restaurant, the boats on the dock nearby play very loud music. Bring your noise canceling headphones if you want to enjoy the pool. The sun deck wasn’t set up so the only option was pool seating. There were always loungers by the pool, it was never full.

Great location. Very central which allowed us to venture north and south without super long golf cart rides. Plus we could walk to a very short ride to most bars on the water. Room was very simple yet clean. We had everything we needed. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay here. And we'd definitely return if we were back in town. Positives: + Very convenient location to restaurants, the dive shop we used (Amigos del Mar), convenience shops, etc. + The air conditioning was powerful and didn't make any funky noises + The laundry service offered very reasonable prices for each piece of laundry, was done on-time, and stuff came back clean and dry + The kitchen was great. We didn't really cook, but it was nice to be able to put a few items in the fridge, warm up leftovers in the microwave, etc. + It was great to have a filtered water fountain in the hotel. It was a little slow to pour water, but saved us a ton of money and the effort of buying and carrying water back to the room. That said, we brushed our teeth with the tap water and didn't suffer any ill-effects. + The staff were pleasant at check-in and for small questions we had. The security guard who unlocks the gate after 9pm was always prompt. + The bathroom is fully enclosed, unlike some tropical hotels where there's a window that has just a screen, etc. And it had a good bathroom fan on a switch. Not Perfect: ~ The bathroom didn't have much counter space, but did have drawers for stuff. And the the shower has an open side, which is unusual for us being from the USA and meant we spilled a fair amount of water onto the floor. ~ There wasn't a ton of storage to unpack clothes. ~ For room 107 specifically, the location is a mixed-bag. It's super easy to walk up right from the beach, pool, or nearby dive shop and you can use the key to come in through the balcony/patio door. But the balcony/patio doesn't have any gate separating it from other rooms balconies or from those public spaces, so you can't leave gear out overnight securely. Also, it's really close to the Jambal restaurant, so you'll hear bustle from the restaurant for most of the operating hours, but it closes at 9pm, so it isn't too late into the evening. Just FYI: The outlets were all 3-prong outlets the same as in the USA, so that was convenient. Also note that Sunbreeze Suites are separate from Sunbreeze Hotel, so just be sure you're selecting the one you intend!
