Paradise Villas worked great for our group. Emanuel was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us with so much (tours, golf carts, accommodations). Next time I would likely rent wherever he is working!

What a perfect location. Near all the activities, restaurants, bars, stores all with in walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we had more time. The condo was beach front with a beautiful sunrise view. Clean, comfortable with everything you would need to make your stay perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They made our stay perfect. We even had a complimentary ride to the ferry. We will stay here again!

From the very minute we arrived Emanuel took care of us and had us settled into our unit within minutes. We had needed an extra towel and Emanuel promptly delivered one to us. Prior to our visit he kept in contact via email to be sure we had everything we needed. The resort is nice and peaceful with a nice pool and it's close to many restaurants and bars.

We have been impressed with the helpfulness and hospitality of all the locals here on Belize. All have gone above and beyond our expectations. It wasn’t until we had an internet outage at the place we were staying nearby and asked the ex-pat manager of this property for temporary use of their wi-fi that we found someone unhelpful. This person refused to help us get connected, jeopardizing an important business meeting. We will return to Belize, but never stay in these villas. I cannot speak to the quality of the accommodations, but if the approach to helping neighbors is important to you, find a different place to stay.

originally was a 3 week stay in March of 2020 but due to Covid we had to leave aft 4 days , Bill and Emanuel honored our 16 days that we missed for 3 years , they didnt have to as others at the condos through a diff company never gave any refund or accomadations to come back , we spent our 2 weeks in Feb of 2023 , thank you Emanuel and Bill , you are amazing . Great beachfront resort conveniently located in San Pedro. Well appointed condos, nice pool, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Best location and value on Ambergris Caye. Many nearby stores, restaurants, food vendors, dive shops.
