Liam's Guesthouse is a local gem with an intimate space perfect for the international traveler. It's located in a cooler green zone just outside of the busy and loud Chiang Mai. The bed and breakfast offers really delicious western style meals such as sautéd chicken salad, Hamburger and Fries and Thai Style meals as well. The property is perfectly maintained, the 24 hours pool a literal paradise, the restaurant and bar open all day and evening and the rooms designed for the foreign traveler. The quiet rooms feature queen or family size. All hotel amenities are included such as AC, towels, bathroom hygiene supplies, coffee, tea, cable TV, wifi, couches, and dressers for storing your clothing and local treasures. The team that manage the property live and breath the Thai service style with all requests supported. They helped me book a cooking class, Elephant Sanctuary Tour, pick up and drop off to the airport, and in-room Thai massage. They also rented bikes and scooters which proved such an amazing adventure. I was able to transit the city like a local. The owners are lovely people and will work to provide you with any service you wish. I recommend Liam's Guesthouse with full confidence now that I've been here a week. ขอบคุณครับ

This is the type of the guesthouse where you get a warm welcome, personal approach, where you get a room that is so great that you don't want to leave. I loved the attention to details everywhere, the room was perfect and felt like (exotic) home! Cleanliness 10 out of 10! Food was great, pool inviting. This is a place that really has a soul! I wish I stayed longer and thank Marcel and his marvelous team all the best!

Hospiitality is great. Everything is possible. Excellent staf. Delicieus food. Clean rooms. Service massage, laundry, taxi and other on request. Advice for trips and booking. Help for every type of nice places and restaurants . Cultural events, musea, tempels. Also help by travel trouble.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het ontbijt is prima en wordt aan je tafel geserveerd. De eigenaren en het personeel doen er alles aan om je van dienst te zijn. Vriendelijke, gastvrije mensen. Wij zijn heel tevreden! Dank.

Heerlijk buiten de drukte van het Centrum ligt dit prachtige plekje. Mooi zwembad met prima ligbedden. De fantastische gastheren zullen je verblijf onvergetelijk maken. Kamers zijn goed en schoon, bedden slapen top. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed. Kortom, de aanrader voor Chiang Mai.

Wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn, de eigenaren Marcel en Koen zijn zeer gastvrij en stellen alles in het werk om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. De kamers zijn heerlijk ruim en voorzien van airco. Ook in de buitenruimte waan je je in een oosters paradijs. Wij reizen als ouders met 1 kind van 8. De excursies zijn geweldig en echte aanrader. Als je op zoek bent naar een rustige B&B dan is dit the place to be. Je wordt ontvangen door sympathieke gastheren die je met raad en daad bijstaan. Lekker ontbijt, propere kamers (met airco!) en huiselijke sfeer. Centrum van Chiang Mai is gemakkelijk en snel te bereiken via een Grab.
