I found this nice looking hotel over the internet and was disappointed in many ways. The room is far away from the hotel and you are not using any amnenities (pool etc.) The shower was falling apart and the water drain was defect. The price we paid was 100% higher than the price people were paying when we were there. We have complained with the hotel manager, but the answer was kind of bad luck - you should have booked smarter. The flexibility of the stuff was very limited (places to sit at breakfast) and people were indifferent on ssues of the guests. =＞ Never again !

My husband stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip across Italy. Our room was so comfortable and had a lovely view. Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. We loved walking up the street to the restaurant- every meal we had was delicious. The hotel is spread throughout the town and it was so nice to get to walk throughout the town and enjoy all it had to offer. You won't be disappointed here!

Such a lovely place to stay. We have stayed here before and we’re made to feel so welcome in this quant little town The accommodation is ideally situated within this town and is immaculate and comfortable. An ideal place to stay as your base to explore the Val di Orcia one of the iconic areas of Italy. Welcoming staff and the restaurant belonging to the hotel serves amazing food. To get the true Tuscany experience this is the place to stay. Ciao.

The room was very small, no dressers for our clothes and extremely expensive. There was no view and no balcony so I don’t know why the charged us so much.

we decided to try the b&b accomodation and everything was perfect. we ar not air conditioning addicted and the fresh air of night was enought. next time we will try the main building since garden and spa are simply wonderfull! staff great, restaurant great, spa great ( one body maasge one facial idratation). definetly worth coming.

Communication with their staff ahead of arrival was fine, but I had to ask several questions twice. Free parking is close enough, but a few flights of stairs and a stretch of cobblestones need to be conquered to get to the property from the closest parking. Check in wasn't great. I was asked for an arrival time through WhatsApp (actually a good idea, very convenient) and I provided it, but when I arrived punctually nobody was there. Nobody answered the bell. After a few minutes, a page arrived, but spoke no English. After 20 minutes a reception staff arrived and showed me to my room. I understand that it's not always possible to staff all properties all over town, especially outside of high season, but when I provide a time and arrive punctually, someone should have been waiting for me. WiFi didn't work, apparently a problem with the telecoms company. The room itself was nice and well appointed. No AC, and the provided fan was unfortunately quite noisy, should be upgraded. Good breakfast, their Indian staff is very friendly and helpful. 12-hour laundry service was great, if not exactly great value. Arianna could have been a little friendlier at checkout, she seemed in a hurry. Giardino Segreto was one of the most expensive places I staid at during my Tuscany tour, and the quality wasn't quite there. For €80-90 per night, it would be good value.

Excellent facility and very attentive staff. The idea of enhancing the entire village through the widespread hotel is excellent. Restaurant to try. Selected raw materials, careful cuisine and excellent wine cellar. Also tried the spa, small but there is everything you need for a moment of relaxation

Fortunately, only 1 night stay, for work. As soon as you entered the room it seemed to be in hell !!! Crazy heat !!! There are no air conditioners, the fan threw out hot air and the climate worse than an attic !! Not to mention the furniture where the pre-war ones were newer and the location of the hostel, in the restricted traffic area without parking or entry by car. Finally, breakfast must be taken in another place outside the hotel 300 meters further on! The only positive note goes to the staff of the bar, reception and garden! I travel often for work and pleasure but an experience like this never happened. Avoid! 1 star because less does not exist.
