The staff here is friendly. Makes check in easy. Rooms are comfortable. Sometimes loud when full.lots of police presence in the area.

Booked a room for 4 people. Upon check in, we’re informed that they didn’t have space. They could not care less. After having driven for 7h, they suggested that I looked for another hotel, even though I paid, had a reservation clearly outlining a room for 4. Just would not honor and couldn’t care. Also, the “breakfast” does not exist!!!! It is a half table with a basket full of granola bars, and one the other side, mini muffins. Nothing else - literally. Room was dirty, sheets were filthy and clammy. Clearly were not cleaned between guests. I’ll never stay in this hotel again, locally or this chain.

Stay for four nights on the last night there was an issue with my card desk staff was kind enough to let me work it out and then once appeared everything is fine thank you ,if I needed anything they were very happy to assist. Thank you Sunie Abasi

The staff were very friendly and our experience was over all good. Only issue we really had was the constant sewer smell in the bathroom.

First off, staff were excellent. Front desk was great and you could tell housekeeping tried. Also, the outside couryard with the granite columns was nice.
The room was clean but rough-it had the feel of military barracks I've stayed in with plenty of roughly repaired holes in doors/walls and badly repainted surfaces. Counters and nightstands were cracked and lights bent from abuse. Kitchen ok but absolutely no basic utensils in room (They can be ordered). Bath had more bad paint, poorly repaired holes, rust coming up from cracked tub enamel, and a fan that was souding its death rattles.
Outside after dark there were non working parking lot lights and a scarry parade of figures passing in the shadows just outside the nearby freeway fence that did not help me feel safe in the room or on the property. Freeway noise was negligble, so a plus.
I was not expecting a resort, but also not an insult. In the end, this was a utiltarian property that was not worth half of the price charged. Poor value for the money.

The first room I was given had a bad smell, sink cabinets falling off, & NO working light bulbs! Second room was a bit better.
