Honestly, I liked the first hotel. I went to four-star but I did not see the cleanliness and uniformity of the room. It was spacious, very beautiful, elegant, and a wonderful bathroom. It had very, very good taste. I hope to return to it. I am very comfortable, but its prices are affordable for everyone. I would give it five stars.

The location is a little hard to find but is other then that everything was great. Wonderful new facility, clean, bright and great location.

It is the second time we stayed at this hotel, everything was very good except for the room that smelled of humidity. Otherwise the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is the best thing about the stay, very kind and friendly.
Breakfast is good but you can get better by having breakfast in one of the nearby cafes.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was spacious, modern, the beds comfortable and the shower large. It has a capsule coffee maker and complimentary capsules. The street is quiet at night. Breakfast buffet very good. All very rich. The hotel staff is very nice.

Get to know the great location of Donosti and its surrounding area. They paid parking 100 meters from the hotel. Parking on the street is difficult. Walk to La Concha for 20 minutes, across the shopping street.
Very friendly staff. The room is very comfortable, quite large, and the bathroom is adequate. Like Casual, the furniture is very small, there is no wardrobe, there is only a hole in the wall, there is a bar and hangers on it, and a shelf (under the refrigerator). For a small table, two wooden boxes without any gap can be moved away, for example.. There is also a table and a chair.
I want to know if it takes a lot of effort to place some kind of chest of drawers, wardrobes, etc. Leave a little privacy in it. Of course, there is nothing safe.
