In general the room was clean however in the bathroom the wall and baseboards could have been dusted and cleaned better.

La habitación era perfecta, la cama muy cómoda. El hotel era tranquilo y estaba muy limpio. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables en todo momento, y estuvieron muy pendientes de todo lo que necesitábamos, nos ofrecieron “snacks” y bebidas durante nuestra estancia. La cafetera que tienen en la entrada fue indispensable para nuestros desayunos. La ubicación era perfecta. ¡Volveríamos sin duda!

Estuve alojada 5 noches por trabajo y no pude elegir mejor hotel, tiene una zona donde puedes trabajar cómodamente y te ofrecen café de forma gratuita. El personal de recepción son encantadores, tanto Sara como Xabier me recomendaron los mejores restaurantes y me hicieron saber que ese fin de semana se celebraba Los Caldereros en la ciudad, fue espectacular poder vivirlo en persona por las calles de Lo Viejo. Muchas ganas de volver a La Bella Easo y alojarme de nuevo en Uma Suites Ondarreta.

Muy buena estancia, todo limpio y el personal muy agradable. Está en un barrio tranquilo y a la vez muy cerca del centro de la ciudad andando y en transporte público muy bien conectado. La cama es cómoda y la habitación muy luminosa y tranquila

La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy buena. Está todo muy limpio y el colchón es muy cómodo. Lo peor fue la entrada. No me
Enviaron ningún mensaje con instrucciones y tuve la suerte de que unos huéspedes salieron en ese momento y me pasaron el teléfono al que debía llamar y ahí ya me atendieron. Por lo demás, todo muy agradable.
