We were staying in this hotel my couple and I for 3 nights in February 2022. The hotel is a little outside the center of San Sebastián, walking about 20 minutes from the center, however there is a bus stop very close to the hotel's exit (bus No. 13 and you can leave in the Bulevar of the city centre, The hotel has free parking which is something to thank (in other hotels they have a daily cost) The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, but the room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable, but the size is not very large if it is enough for a pleasant stay, the comfortable bed. We stayed in room no. 211 had balcony with its corresponding furniture and no noise was heard from the street. I would like to thank Aitor for the reception service for making our stay more comfortable and pleasant with your advice and Recommendations about what to visit in San Sebastián and the surroundings, where to eat, take pintxes (very good), drink coffee,.... Thanks Aitor You are a great person and professional. We were very happy to stay and if we return, we will stay there.

I stayed 10 days for work. Very attentive staff, clean room with balcony I was very pleased with the cleaning, they changed towels every day Breakfast is rich and fresh It’s close to the centre (5 minutes by foot) and relatively close to the beach (15 minutes by foot) If I will return to San Sebastián, for sure I will consider this hotel again

Stunning property with 5-star service. Incredibly spacious and comfortable room (junior suite with small terrace with gorgeous river/beach view), really large bathroom with toilet and bidet, shower and bathtub, Dyson hairdryer (!!!!), large closet space, relaxing bed with Frette sheets, and quiet, despite being full. Bath amenities were high-end, and location was perfect. We were there during the film festival, accidentally, and while the hotel was quite busy hosting events, with red carpet photographers/paparazzi and celebrities, we were treated equally as well with little interruption and dedicated attention by the concierges. The cocktails and wines in the bar were generous pours and room service breakfast was prompt and delicious. Had my first Gilda as a welcome treat and am hooked on them. We will be returning in summer and bringing friends along. Note: Marriott members' complimentary breakfasts must be had in the dining room. Thank you for a luxurious and pampered stay.

I’d personally recommend this amazing hotel for anyone that’s visiting San Sebastian. The location of the hotel is amazing since it’s very close to the beach, and to the centre. The staff are very pleasant, young and very friendly personnel, they took their time to explain some places to see and how to get there. I also have to say the rooms are big, very clean and modern! We also had breakfast and due to the Covid situation there isn’t a buffet however you order a la carte and the food was very nice. I hadn’t been in Spain for a while, as I live in Dubai now and I have to say that it felt so nice to go back and be able to stay at such a cozy yet modern hotel! It has recently been renovated and the job put in is so worthy. In a overall of this hotel I have to say I was very pleased with every detail and all the effort the staff has provided to us during our stay! Also, don’t forget to visit the rooftop if you’re staying at this beautiful hotel because the views are purely amazing, they also have a chill out area there. Definitely coming back when I have the opportunity
