Best Hotels in San Vito di Cadore

I came to B&B Tre Croci Cortina for a solo stay – I've been here on sabbatical for 6 days and 5 nights, and my stay at this B&B was nothing short of amazing. It's located right outside of Cortina, which is very convenient because of how close it is to Lake Sorapis, Lake Braies, and Tre Cime & Cadini di Minsurina. The hotel staff is very kind, patient, and courtesy... and the kitchen/dining staff is PHENOMENAL. They're very intentional about making your staff feel like home. Yamirka & her fellow dining staff made the difference in my staff. The rooms are very modern & there is plenty of space. The view of the mountains is beautiful, too. The only cons I would mention are the level of noise from patrons who don't do their best to abide by the ask for quiet in the hallways – I don't think it's intentional, but the closeness to the hallways makes a bit of a difference. Also, I'm someone who likes to sleep with it very cold, and my room thermostat wouldn't go down for some reason (I just slept with the door open as it was cold outside at night). I couldn't recommend this place more. If you're coming to the Dolomites, stay here! 🖤

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel ancor prima di poterne usufruire: Il giorno 15 febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato per telefono due camere per la notte tra il 17 ed il 18 febbraio (per esigenze lavorative). Tutto sembrava essere sotto controllo come concordato con il dipendente dell'hotel via telefono. Una volta giunti su loco (dopo ben 450km arrivando da Milano) il receptionist ci accoglie,in modo piuttosto sgarbato, dicendoci che dato che non erano riusciti a d effettuare la transazione, hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione. Vi lascio immaginare il disappunto che si prova in una situazione del genere dopo 5 ore di macchina alle spalle. Il receptionist prosegue lavandosene le mani affermando: ”vi abbiamo avvisato per mail” cosa che non ci risulta (una chiamata sarebbe stata gradita), ma comunque la carta di credito ci è stata richiesta via telefono, quindi è alta la probabilità che il dipendente abbia sbagliato a digitare i dati, anche perché trattandosi di una carta aziendale senza limiti di spesa. Allora il receptionist ci ha proposto una soluzione in un loro ulteriore hote 3 stelle (invece che 4s), ma allo stesso prezzo. Proporre lo stesso prezzo per un servizio ridotto, dal mio punto di vista, vuol dire fregare le persone. Oltre che il danno in sé, in termini di vostra mancata organizzazione interna, l'essere stati presi in giro e trattati in maniera maleducata, fa sì che vi meritate il minimo possibile nella valutazione finale. By enjoying a beautiful family meeting between cousins that the covid has separated for two years, we stayed in this building and occupied all three rooms available. It is a really wonderful place, comfortable for the start of many tours on the Dolomiti Bellunesi, on the Cansiglio or in Alpago. The rooms are very large and have every comfort, the breakfast room is beautiful and makes it feel like a cocktail at home. The owners are much more than friendly and friendly. We all have been very good and we will surely come back.

Such a lovely boutique property. I arrived around noon from an international flight and my room was ready and I was able to get in early, shower and take a nap! The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable. Finding the hotel was a challenge though. It only has a small address / sign next to its door. I walked in circles for a bit before finally finding it. But given it is off the beaten path, it was very quiet!

We LOVED Hotel de Len! Chic decor (a mix of Scandinavian/Italian with local touches - impressive mix of colors and textures, magazine-worthy). Super-comfy beds and pillows. Well-equipped minimalist bathrooms, with soaking tub and separate shower, heated floors. The food was amazing - over-the-top delicious (and included) breakfasts and lovely snacks at cocktail hour. The concierge service was so helpful, especially when we had a reservation mix up with Pia Tofana who wanted to charge us $300 for cancelling within 72 hours! The hotel helped explain the mix-up and negotiate on our behalf. The spa was incredible - we didn't book a service, my husband and I just used the hot tub and sauna, but it was lovely and immaculate and again really great design. The service was top-notch, warm, quick, and friendly. For instance, I came down on our 3rd day and the waitress brought me my coffee order, just how I liked it, without being prompted, because she remembered from the past day. Amazing. The service felt personal and intimate, which is so hard to find in big hotel chains. Our breakfast waitress waived good-bye to us from the restaurant window when she spotted our car pulling away! Just wonderfully nice people running a very upscale, design-focused hotel. We hope to be back!
