The staff was very friendly and helped me find a doctor when I needed one. Location is great and very close to the beach and the Main Street for an evening passeggiata.

The staff was great, all very friendly, we had a few issues with the room to start but Veronica made up for it with credits. Really great service, we would stay again!

At first glance this is a lovely solid 3* hotel across the street from the beach. Location is awesome. And it stops there. We walked in after we arrived in town and decided to stay. They had availability and showed us a lovely little sea view room. We booked the room but then were told that we would have to change rooms the next day as they weee completely booked in the sea view category. My brother was given a small double bed room with a tiny window into the courtyard the first night . The following morning we packed and were moved to another room While we were out for the day. They had moved us to a room equivalent in size to a closet sitting on top of the kitchen downstairs (room 220)… loud and claustrophobic all night. Currently 10 Pm and I can hear every kitchen pot and pan and movement coming up from Downstairs. Fuming in bed. I’m the morning My brother came down and asked for a larger room than his closet and suddenly they had availability for him at the cost of 100 euros extra! But they said there was none the day before except the closet size room. So they were holding out their rooms and wanted to get more $. After seeing my room I went to the front desk to ask for another room seeing that they had availability on ******* for the same type of room We were in the first night (even though Veronica at the front desk had told me there was NO availability except this closet sized room for the second night)! Suddenly she clicked on her keyboard and told me that room Was just booked (the day before however she said they didn’t have that category room). They are not honest people and trying to cheat their guests. Definitely would not recommend staying here unless you know exactly what you are getting and how much you are paying and don’t mind some dishonesty. Only thing going for it is the location. Otherwise it looks like a run down version of my college dormitory room with lots of Mosquitos and loud noise, tiny bathroom, etc.

Location is perfect - right on the beach, comes with parking (which is charged as an extra - but worth it and easy). Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Veronica on the front desk is the best! Beach opposite is amazing, restaurant in the hotel is amazing and we’ll definitely return!

Perfect location. Open the window and you' ll enjoy the beautiful view of the transparent sea. Impeccable service. We took 4 rooms for a couple of days and we enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotel in San Vito Lo Capo. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathroom shower is larger than the norm in that part of the world. Emma and her cleaning crew assure us of clean towels and sheets. Valentina at reception was always there with a perfect smile. Overall a perfect experience. Certainly we'll be back with more family. BTW: we even got to meet the owner and his family.

Wonderful stay, all perfectly cared for. The staff is very friendly and kind, especially the receptionist Veronica who welcomed us and recommended the activities to do; super helpful and always with a smile. Impeccable structure and attention to detail literally a stone's throw from the beach. Local and quality food; I recommend pasta alla norma which was really delicious and spaghetti alle vongole! The Spa is superb!! Very clean and with stunning views. I didn't find negative things :) you guys are FANTASTIC I will come back of course :)) Soggiorno spettacolare, tutto perfettamente curato. Lo staff è molto amichevole e gentile, soprattutto la receptionist Veronica che ci ha accolti e consigliato le attività da fare; super disponibile e sempre con il sorriso. Struttura impeccabile e curata nel minimo dettaglio letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia. Cibo locale e di qualità; consiglio la norma che era davvero buonissima e spaghetti con vongole! La Spa è superlativa!! Molto pulita e con vista mozzafiato. Non ho trovato cose negative:) ragazzi siete FANTASTICIII tornerò sicuramente :))

We upgraded to one of the 3 rooms with a balcony and were so pleased that we did, ours was on the the corner so we felt it was really private with a stunning view. The room was lovely, quite traditional in furnishings and very comfortable with plenty of space. We ate in the restaurant on 1 night. The food was lovely, however the portions were enormous, we had a starter to share and both enjoyed pasta dishes made with the local pasta busiate, a spiral shaped pasta, it was lovely as it held the sauces so well. The position of the restaurant is fantastic and it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the views. We were even luckier that we could see the view as tents were being constructed in front of the beach for the forthcoming festival. All the staff were very good, not overly attentive, however that suits us. A lovely stay and meal in a hard to beat spot overlooking the beach.

This hotel was awful. We stayed here and the bed is like a rock, the floor had sand and dirty, the bathroom is a joke (the shower is 1.5 ft squared. A child would have trouble sheeting. Breakfast was free- but AWFUL! Beach access $$. Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are so many nice hotels/b&Bs with this hotel was the worst.
