Good breakfast, and good location the staff especially the chef was super friendly

I enjoyed the whole experience, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area so i felt safe the whole time. loved the facilities as for the food was always eating out at nearby restaurants. I will definitely visit again because I enjoyed and had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Hotel had very easy check in. Room was clean and well prepared. Location is amazing and beautiful view of Monte sun square. Quiet and relaxing.

Rooms is comfortable and affordable. Not a bad breakfast. It's nice to be able to walk around Montecasino whenever you want.

Hotel was nice, however the bed were uncomfortable and breakfast was not great at all. The staff were however friendly.

One of my favorite hotels in South Africa! Feels like your in Europe. Hotel is very clean. Theres plenty of restaurants. Staff are friendly and professional. Definitely a must.

It was such a lovely stay. The location is perfect as there is so much to do within the ****** that you don’t have to travel far. It was an awesome experience, very lovely and friendly staff! I would highly recommend it. Oh, and the breakfast was great!

First time in the area and SA, so asked local colleagues for tips and this hotel was chosen. As always, however good a restaurant or hotel, the staff are the first and most important contact. Absolutely first class welcome and check in. Textbook information and advice. The room was great, maybe not so modern, but absolutely spotless, every single day, the house keeping lady on floor 5 rooms 515 to 500 was just lovely and so friendly. We ate in the restaurant several times, obviously freshly cooked as we were sat near the open kitchen! Again absolutely fantastic staff and nice food, by night 2 was greeted by name and asked if I wanted my usual drink! A great stay, but please, can someone thank all the staff, they are the stars of this establishment. We will be back

Home away from home. Great place to stay, good service and food.... amazing breakfasts! Good location and for a business traveller I need to not be restricted by loadshedding. Located near good options for retail and dining. Only flaw for me would be a better gym but it can do for some.
